Today, Jan the 31st is my first day on weight losss tiiime.

I've done alright at first, but I binged tonight. ******** munchies will be the end of me.


Ate Today...

-1 Bowl Oat Bran
-1 Bagel
-Small bowl of caserole

Binged Today...
-2 bagels
-1 bowl of cereal
- sandwhich
-cheese
-cookies
-chocolate milk

Exercise:
-20minutes biking
-10 minute weight training

It's ******** ridiculous, and I need to stop. I always end up eating when I'm coming off a high. I need to cut back on smoking, it seems. I think I'm going to.
