Nimmie So...here i go... Height-5'9".5 ish BMI - 28.9 Current Weight: 195.5 lbs Goal this week: no more soda, and a loss of 5.5 lbs. long term goal- Get down to 170 lbs by My Birthday (July 15) mrgreen Excersize- 2 karate classes and 2-3 hour long gym classes a week ...and it begins 4laugh
I week later:
Height:5'9.5" BMI-28.6 Current weight: 194 Goal this week: excersize everyday excersise: 2 karate classes, 3 gym classes and one swimming class

Height:5'9.5" BMI-28.2 Current weight: 192.5-191 i'm not sure Goal this week: get my BMI down to 28 (189.5 lb) excersise: 2 karate classes, 3 gym classes and one swimming class...and about 20 mins of walking to the bus stop every day Total loss: 3-4.5 lb

Nimmie Height:5'9.5" BMI-27.5 Current weight: 192 Goal this week: No MORE OVEREATING! excersise: 2 gym classes, 2 sikaran classes, and a swimming class where we didn't do much swimming >.< Total loss: 1 Total loss- End of Month = 3.5 lb

Height:5'9.5" BMI-27.2 Current weight: 187 Goal this week:no soda this week! excersise: 2 gym classes, 3 sikaran classes, a swimming class, and 3 badminton practices Total loss: 8.5 lb Total loss This week: 3 lb twisted haha. i decided that when i've lost 10 lbs, and the weight has to be like that for 1 week, then i shall buy myself an awesome new pair or earings ^_^ or maybe a pair of shoes... or a skirt... i'm not sure >.< but 1.5 lb to gooo!
