The prices really depend on what you want or what the blinkie is!

Per Block/Letter
Nudging* - 3 gold
Dot Bumping** - 3 gold
Letter Flash*** - 4 gold
Block Color Change' - 2 gold
For the work done - +10 gold
Special Request'' - 5 gold

* When the block moves down like this heart
** When a dot bumps on top of the Block/Letter
***When the Letter flasheds a different Color than it is
' When the block behing the letter changes color
