http://godhatesgoths.com/

Taken directly from the site:
"So we are 'Parents Against Goth' because Goth is an easy term to categorise the whorish dressing deviants that poison our world, the depressed kids who cut themselves and think its right, the abusive skaters, the long haired satanists, wiccan devil worshippers, the nazi kids who shoot their classmates for amuzment. All obsessed with death and the darker side of life and listen to similar musics. They are all goths."

So i guess god love Satanists with crew cuts question

I personally think this is the funniest thing, the misspellings, the really bad web layout. I haven't seen religious bigotry so pitiful since Fred Phelps.

ITS A FREAKING JOKE

its meant to be a parody of over zealous religious nuts. If you look closely at the bottom where the disclaimer is. Its explained to be an offensive joke.

I sent them this letter.

My e-mail to the people of God Hates Goth
I read your website, and I cannot understand for the life of me how you can so openly criticize and stereotype a subculture that has existed in the Western world for almost 3 decades.

Do you know that parents like yourselves only cause your children to hold stronger grudges against you for violently berating the ways that they wish to live in?

How can you insist that your God, an omnipotent being who sent Jesus down to teach us to love our neighbors, one and all, is a hateful being? Much less, hateful towards a teenage subculture, which only very few members of said subculture have chosen darker paths?

I would think that you all, as Christians, would follow the ways of your Messiah, one who loved and was able to forgive all that lived on God's green earth.

That is all. You may ban me, post my message on your website, or do whatever slanderous act you wish with this, but keep in mind that you all are certainly a negative testimonial for the Christian faith.

... Sorry to bust your bubble, but that's not going to help one goddamn bit because one of the worst stereotypes of goths is that we're violent. Furthermore, since it's against said Christian zealots, they'll think "Oh Lord, Satan has sent his demonic children upon us! gonk "
*Heavy sigh* stare

And to Isel, that is a very, very good message to send them 3nodding
... the only question is, whether or not they'll open their hearts and listen. As a devout Roman Catholic, it saddens me to see so many prominent Christian figures be so close-minded. sad

Eh. I know it probably won't open their hearts, but it's worth every try.

Sereotypical. Jeez... I mean, why would Christians hate us? Is it because we don't dress like them? Is it because we all like darker things than them? God loves all his children. They follow him. So, why is it now all of a sudden that God hates only the Goths because the Christians say so? Didn't Jesus make a pathway to the Lord for ALL OF US!? No, not just them, EVERYONE. Everyone has that chance to take that path. Well, mainly people who believe in this religion and such. I am a Christian, and I really can't take this.

What an offensive site.

Not only is it offensive to me as an identifier with the gothic subculture, but it's also offensive to me as a Christian.

God hates no one.

It's embarassing to me as well.

People like that really embarass me.

Isel, I officially love you for sending that email.
Morty, I completely agree with your statement.

I was originally not going to even bother clicking the link because of the sheer idiocy of such a website, but I clicked anyway. Wow. Just... Wow. What a way to use the Bible to outrageously stereotype and slander an entire group of young people. That is not the Christianity in which I live.

Even if it doesn't open their minds, it'll show thmem that there are those out there who disagree with their actioons. I f they realize this and more and more people do the same as you did, Isel, then, maybe they will begin to contemplate the error in their ways.

The sight ashamed me because I'm christian and I hate it when people that share my faith do such stupid things.

I wish that they would listen to themselves.......

And I find this on their Yahoo group's message board. Bear in mind that they have condemned the "bloodshed" of Vampyrism.

Yahoo! God Hates Goth's leader
The smell of blood and roasted corpses was not just pleasing to God,
who especially enjoyed the aroma after the Great Flood (Genesis
8:21), it was enjoyed by Jesus as well. Jesus certainly wasn't
averse to malicious, virulent punishments to those who didn't accept
His every word as Gospel. To name but a few, Jesus told the
disciples to bring before Him any man who didn't believe in Him, and
to violently slaughter the non-believer while Jesus watched (Luke
19:27). Jesus killed one man by having his body eaten by a swarm of
worms because the man failed to give Jesus His due (Acts 12:23).
Jesus struck a Jew blind for thwarting His teachings (Acts 13:8-11).
He struck a man dumb for failing to listen well (Luke 1:20). He took
the lives of a husband and wife by scaring them to death for not
forking over all the money they made on a real estate transaction
(Acts 5:1-10). During one particularly temperamental time when Jesus
was hungry, He even killed a fig tree for failing to bear figs, even
though Jesus knew figs weren't in season (Mark 11:12-14). Jesus
means business!
