My Current Status and Whatnot

[ My Current Lifestyle Goal; ]
Healthier eating habits, more exercise, perhaps, as a result, BMI/weight loss.
I hope to achieve my goal by May.
Hopefully, I can achieve before March, so I can look nice for my seventeenth birthday, as well as my Spring Tour.


[ How I Hope to Achieve This; ]
Eating more healthful foods without starving myself, and exercising a LOT more.

So here's the Eight-Week program! I'm gonna do it! It gets crossed off as I complete it.


Week 1
Day 1 - 1 minute run, 4 minute walk x 4
Day 2 - 1 minute run, 4 minute walk x 5
Day 3 - 2 minute run, 3 minute walk x 4

Week 2

Day 1 - 2 minute run, 3 minute walk x 5
Day 2 - 2.5 minute run, 2.5 minute walk x 5
Day 3 - 3 minute run, 2 minute walk x 5

Week 3
Day 1 - 3 minute run, 2 minute walk x 6
Day 2 - 3.5 minute run, 1.5 minute walk x 5
Day 3 - 4 minute run, 1 minute walk x 5

    Thoughts of the Day:
    Bran cereal is quite filling, and very, very good for your digestion. :]
    So I bought some, and it's not that bad. I'll just snack on it through the day if I get hungry, a small small portion of it (1-2 tbsp) is enough to fill me up for an hour or so. Eurieka! I might've found a solution!

    - I'm looking into a dietary supplement//energy booster called "RedLine". I've heard it's good, and I just need a ton of energy (so I'm bounching off the walls practically) so that I'll be motivated to start that 8-week running program. Which I WILL start. As soon as I start RedLine-in' . 8D

    Yays: Well, I drank all of my water, and didn't really binge too bad, even WITH the sweets, I think I managed to stay under 1100 calories, which is odd, because I'm still full. I think it's the fiber. ;D

    Boos: I was going to start the running program today, but that didn't happen as planned. >:
    Got in trouble for not doing the laundry xDD;;; so I kinda had to clean the house as punishment. Odd. O o

    Yays: I was 115 this morning, again, which is good. I hope I can stay 115-116. And I really like a guy I know, he's graduated HS, freshman in college. (I'm a junior in highschool, so its ages 16 and 18, not bad at all) and my mood's been up, and so I've been more motivated to lose!

    Boos: Still haven't run.. and made the stupid stupid mistake of binging at dinner, BAD. ;__;
    I'll have to make it up on Friday, and Saturday, since I'm going out on Sunday, and want to be 115-114, since we're eating out. ;_;
