Well, I started my diet on January 1st, 2007.
Since I just got in the guild today, I need to recap as best as I can what I did during the week.
Monday January 1st - Had my last big meal at McDonald's ever. I recall feeling sick afterwards, so thats a good thing.
Tuesday January 2nd - Had my last junk food binge ever. I felt disgusted afterwards and couldn't even finish it. Ate a banana and 3 apples. 1 bowl of cereal
Wednesday January 3rd - Finished the little bit of junk food I bought. Had a whopping 4 slices of pepperoni pizza for dinner.
Thursday January 4th - I can't recall at the moment, oddly.
Weight right now: 300+. Scale doesn't read over 300, so I am going to say 303 which was the last time I was weighed at the gyno last summer. I haven't gone up a pants size, so I am going to stick with 303
Goal weight: 130
Goal amount to lose each month: 10-15 pounds
