In my opinion Goth is not a clothing line, as for the banner its funny as hell but thats editing someones work most likely without their permission is just plain wrong, but hell its you

Goth means different things to different people. Ask five goths their definition of gothic fashion (or a gothic Gaia avatar) and you'll probably get five very different answers. But my advice is not to worry about what other people think of as goth. Find a personal style, be true to yourself, and don't feel like you have to change or seek validation to fit in.
As for the banner, I'm afraid I can't approve. This guild isn't here to make fun of certain brand names or the people who wear them. We don't want to alienate anyone who might be interested in the subculture, no matter what they wear.
