Bajoran ear piercings for all!

I just like the idea of the double piercing and the chain hanging in between.

I'd be paranoid of it getting ripped out somehow, but the same risk applies to all earrings, I think. xd

Trill spots are EASY!

You can get tattoos of them NOW.
In "Past Tense" (the Bell Riots), Dax's spots were identified as tattoos.

Or you can wear them as makeup-henna or something.
I was at a bar/club once doing a science fiction theme one night, and one
bartender was dressed as Dax, complete with spots.
I went up (we'd met before) and asked her "How far down do those
spots go?" (episode "Meridian".) She started to explain she just put on
makeup on her neck/arms/face. I said "No, no, no-the right answer is
'All the way, and if you behave, later I may let you count them.' "

I recommend the henna, which will survive several days if applied right,
unless you're convinced you'll want them FOREVER.

Klingon ridges be cool too, but probably a bit pricey for my range sweatdrop . I remember this one day I was at this shop in town here, they had one of those klingon blades they battle with! It was so cool!
