The past couple of weeks
i have noticed people are starting
to call Gerard "Gee."
Does this bother you as much as it does to me?
I don't like it. his name is Gerard. Not Gee.
It bothers me alot.

Well, If I said it bothered me, I would
be a hypocrit..yes, I'm guilty of calling our
beloved Gerard Gee.
I see why it bugs you...bug I don't
think its absoloutely terrible.
It's just like giving a nickname...
Example: My name is Emi, some people call me Eminem.
It's just to show affection towards the person...I know I might
sound sorta confusing. sweatdrop
The reason I call Gerard Gee is to show how
much respect I have for him. We call Michael Mikey
just to shorten it...if you didn't like Mikey, you wouldn't
call him by his nickname, you would call him by his real name...
Do you see what I'm saying? smile
I personally think it's just a sign of affection.

<3 I mean. I REALLY don't like it. But, I doesn't EXACTLY bother me though. But, I don't call him Gee. I mean. It's weird. I like Gerard better. ^.^ If someone said: You're totally obsessed with Gee LaDawn. I'd say: Who's Gee? Someone: Omg! Gerard. I'd say: Dude! His name's Gerard. Just don't call him "GEE" to me. Gauhd. *hehe*

I call Gerard Gee.
I saw some other people doing it, and I kinda picked it up.
I just always assumed it was a common trend among fans.
I'm such a conformist.

I thought everyone called him Gee. I didn't realize it bothered anyone. huh.
I call him Gerard because it takes me forever to pick up on new things like nicknames. >_>

Even his bandmates call him Gee.
I love calling him that.
I mean, to me, it's just another nickname.

I think Gee is cool as far as nicknames go. It's unique... I've never heard anyone else called Gee before....

I call him Gee. I kind of picked it up in the guild actually, just like calling Frank Frankie... but I only tye Frankie, I don't say it, just like I rarely actually say Gee, it doesn't fit into my speech patterns much. I kind of fighued it was standard fan speak (hehe, conformist), plus the band calls him Gee aswell, I think. I know Frank does.
I call Ray, Toro though. That annoys some people for some reason, but I can't help it. Even doing that whole letter writing thing, as fans do, I always write Toro.
Is it odd that I also associate 'Gee' with things lie, "Yo, what up G?"

Have a White Christmas. Guys, he likes being called that. He also likes being called this other name, but only me, my sister, my sister's MCR-loving friends, and my sister's friend who knows them personally can call him that. 3nodding

One half of me thinks that it's kinda cute, and the other half thinks it's ridicolous sweatdrop
But the new nickname seems more like we know Gerard but we don't xd
It's like the same when people call Frank 'Frankie' that's really bothering me though evil
