Soyes. Weight loss journal ftw!

Let's see if I can actually keep one for more than a week. 8D

Today would be Saturday, Dec. 23, 2006.

Current Weight: 195

Goal!: 135

Ate Some Stuff:

Breakfast: Hearty bowl of Quaker Oatmeal with almonds and raisins, banana, and seltzer water!

Lunch: Ha, I woke up at 12. D: My breakfast was my lunch.

Snack: Another banana. Two chocolate kisses. (Badbad. D:< )

Dinner: One slice of rye, a lot of lettuce, ketchup, and a vegetarian burger.

Thoughts of the day~

Man, I need to go run. D: It's like, everyday at night, I really feel like running, but when I wake up, POOF, all gone. D: Oh well, gotta play DDR. n_n For some odd reason, I wasn't the least bit hungry. I give myself a pat on the back!

Ugh, tomorrow's the big Christmas lunch/dinner at my aunt's house. DX Let's hope I can survive....

Ate some stuffz:

Breakfast: NOTHING biggrin

Lunch: NOTHING biggrin

Dinner: Christmas Din-din. u_u Corn, greanbeans, stuffing, sweet potatoes, and......mashpotatoes. 8D It wasn't all bad, my portions were incredibly small.

Desert: A teeth-rottening piece of carrot cake. Ick. D:

Thoughts:

Man, even though I ate so little, I didn't feel hungry. D: It was the weirdest thing.

Christmas din over, no more icky foods. D:<

Ate some stuffz:

Breakfast: Oatmeal with raisins and almonds.

Lunch: Half a vegetarian burger and half a PB & J.

Dinner: Baked potato, broccoli and cauliflower, and three tiny rolls.

Excercise?: Bah, not really. ;o; Someuh, Tae Bo. Twenty-something minutes.

Thoughts:

Man, candy canes. D: I had two, and the taste won't get out of my mouth. Darn you peppermint. I really wish I had done some running or something.

Lunch: Vegetarian sushi and wheat cake.

Dinner: Minestrone soup and black eye peas and bread.

Thoughts:

Ugh, why did I buy Pocky. DX Now I have to restrict myself. Argh. More running!

Breakfast: I really don't remember. XD;

Lunch: PB & J and a sliver of sourdough.

Dinner: This...type of chinese noodles my mom made. And vegetable stir-fry with peanut sauce.

Thoughts:

Ugh. I did exercise. What, you ask? I freakin cleaned my room for three and a half hours. Trust me. It was exercise.

Ate some stuffz:

Breakfast: Ugh, a poptart, we were in a hurry. ;o;

Lunch: PB & J, school lunch style. Blargh. And a ice cream cone. ;o;

Dinner: Eggplant Fettah and some hummus and pita bread.

Thoughts:

Man, I need to get strict again. I really want to be able to look at least decent in my ANBU cosplay by July 21st. My arms especially need work: More push-ups and pull-ups!

Ate some stuff:

Breakfast: No breakfast, woke up at 11.

Lunch: Foot-long veggie sub on wheat. Lettuce, cucumber, vinegar, yellow peppers. Yumyum.

Dinner: Veggie meat pie, two slices.

Thoughts:

Today wasn't so bad, actually. I just wish I had made time to work out. D: Should probably stop waiting till the last second to do my projects....

Ate some stuff:

Breakfast: .....Ohyeah. Oatmeal with raisins and almonds.

Lunch: Salad and grapes, water.

Dinner: Dur.....A few sticks of Sesame Wasa stuff, and uh. Ohyes, Korean noodles.

Snack: PIZZA!? D:<

Thoughts:

Argh! *stabspizzaintheface* At least the rest of my meals were good. D: I did my exercise too, 90 minutes-o-basketball practice.

Ate some stuff:

Breakfast: PB & J. We were on the run. D:

Lunch: More PB & J. XD;

Dinner: Subway. Wheat bread, lettuce, banana peppers, cucumbers, vinegar. Yum.

Exercise: Basketball for 45 minutes, then a 15 minute workour for Shockput.

Thoughts:

Man, I didn't do that bad today, really. D: I ate all my snacks (carrots, no doubt) so my metabolism was constantly going, my meals weren't all that unorthodox or high in fat. It was a pretty good day. n_n

Breakfast: PB & J, again. XD;

Lunch: Uh. Half a grilled cheese sandwich, because I swear it was plastic.

Dinner: Steamed broccoli and mashpotatoes.

Exercise: Basketball for an hour and a half.

Thoughts:

Meh, not a bad day at all. u_u I stayed low on the mashpotatoes, I like broccoli better. n_n But the cheese sandwich was like, a monster. D:
