Thoughts for today:

Darn me!! : O Why did I have to eat that cheesy bite!? I was doing so well...hmph. I guess I didn't go too far over my calorie limit..(1200)...possibly 100...but still - that's not acceptable! >: ( I must try harder! Other-wise I'll never lose that weight! And I'll never fit into that desired size ten! Or that skirt!

Things to consider:

~What's more important? That last insignificant cheesy bite - or a dress size down?

I love that. i have a problem with eating when stressed.

Thoughts for today:

I was a very good girl for today. biggrin I didn't go over my calorie intake aaaand I went on a run - and a walk! I also ate healthily! (Salmon+Cucumber sandwiches, sushi...etc)

~Remember how great you feel after a successful dieting day!

Good day today. : D I ate very healthily (again!) and didn't go over my calorie intake! Well...if I did, it was only by...like...a grape.

~Eating won't cure boredom.

Not toooo bad today. Not my best though either - I went over my calories by like 100. : ( I'm gonna go dance now, try and burn off a few extra calories for today. >.<

Things to consider:

~Not only will eating not cure boredom - it will only increase stress.
