Hi,as you may know,I have some other helpful hints posts,Becasue I love helping out. This one is to make you want to work out,by making it fun!

1.Join a club if you have some extra money,a local fitnes center will have arobics so you can be with others like you,and have a blast!

2.Walk your dog,if you want a nice jog,or just walking a mile or two,bring man's best friend! You will get a nice workout,and so will your dog!

3.Go on a group hike,you and your friends will have fun hiking together,bring lots of water!

4.Go on a walk by your self but bring your MP3 player or CD player to jam to your fave tunes while buring some calories


Thats it for now,but remember, a nice workout and a healthy diet go hand in hand you cant do one without the other!
