uh.. I was wondering how big is that banana you are eating. cause i heard/find out a normal sized banana is 80 calories. unless your water has calories i am thinking you only had 80 calories for your breakfast that day...

oh. i think that is why.. i have extra small/small bananas and on sparkpeople it says 74 for extra small and i rounded up to 80.

oh and i think 130 is pretty low for your height.

If I was 130lbs it would put me at 20.4 on the bmi chart which is still considered healthy. I just wanna fell better about myself.


were are you finding the BMI? i need to know a different place cause mine changes everytime..

I think running is an excellent fitness goal. I think its good that you have a fitness goal, most people don't. But its somethign to keep striving for. Who knows, maybe someday you will be running a marathon and we will all be proud of you (we'll be proud no matter what!)

Maybe a fitness/diet buddy would help. (:
Someone you can send your daily achievements and sorrows to, and they'll do the same, just so you can see that you aren't alone in a struggle. 3nodding
If you want, I can be a fitness buddy for you, my fitness goal is to run for 30 minutes straight in 8 weeks. 3nodding
