Astral Projection?

Not sure of the last time this question was asked on this guild (if ever), but I figured I'd bring it up again. I'm currently obsessed with astral projection. Unlike most of my other obsessions, I actually have a good reason for this one. ^_^ A good deal of my religion has to do with the astral plane and astral projection, so it might be a good idea to learn, don't ya think? XD
