~Appearance~

Headband: Tightly around neck.
Height: 5’ 7
Weight: 130
Hair: Has a very bright faded blonde colour, with a slight whitish-grey hint to it. Short and unkempt, and usually covers some of her eyes.
Eyes: A very light glassy blueish-green colour. A ring of ice blue around her pupil.
Clothing: Kira wears long black pants that touch the ground, held up with a white belt with a couple of smoke bombs on one side of the belt, and a case for summoning scrolls on the other. She wears typical ninja sandals that are a silvery-white. Kira wears a black sleeveless top, and an open white shirt-like vest on top with a swallow-tail in the back. Both on her hands have black gloves with finger holes cut in them.
Physical Description: She has no dominant features of a womanly figure, barely any hips or curves. She has a light brown tinge to her skin, and a long torso.

~Background~ Kira was born and raised by her mother and father for 3 years until they found out that she was infact; mute. They left her with a doctor living in the village and ran off never to be heard from again. The female doctor, Iranai, took care of Kira and raised her to learn sign language and mouth words incase someone couldn’t understance sign language. She grew up to be a very cunning and smart young lady. As she grew older she proved to be talented with her hands, very good hand-to-eye coordination. One day she learned of there being a ninja academy and begged her adoptive mother if she could become one. A bit worried about it, but the doctor accepted what she wanted. Kira grew up to be very talented with puppet jutsu, and began to professionalize in that and genjutsu.
