hey guys listen i have to do a solo in music i want it to be done my a female singer i sing and play guitar but with this one my teacher wants me to sing so i need some suggestions it would be so awsome if u guys could suggest and awsome emo song sung by an girl it would help me alot cause im stressing and i only have 5 weeks before my solo i had to do a duet i hate the song im doing in the duet so yeah thats about all so yeah

Erm. You could check out Paramore. As not emo as they are. They're close-ish.

Cale412 anything from Evanescence... If you going down that route, maybe some Nightwish or Lacuna Coil, afterall, Evanescence are just a 3rd rate version of those two bands... though if you want to give them a show to remember, Learn to sing like Angela Gossow and maybe do some Arch Enemy.

Uh well I'm not really sure about emo music. But umm you could try this song called Mirror by a band called Barlow Girl. Strong lyrics, and it can be done with just a guitar or a piano. Here's a link so you can hear the song Webpage Title
