general Info

hi all.
i've already lost 5 stone (70 lb)
and would still like to lose another 2+ stone (30 lb)

i've been in hospital of an op just before chiristmas and so i lost my motervation, hopfully now i can get back in to the swing of losing weight again

thought i'd update this page as i lose more weight to keep track of how i'm doing.
feel free to coment.

current weight: 9st 6 (132 lb)

weight lost this week: 7 LB

total weight loss:5 Stone (70 LB)

weight still to lose: 34 LB

notes: reason for the weight loss this week was because my boyfriend and i broke up. hense loss of appitite. cry

total weight loss: 5 Stone (70 LB)

weight still to lose: 34 LB

notes: i didn't expect to lose any more than that so i'm just happy that for once i haven't put all the weight i lost in the first week back on. yay wink

week four, 6 day fasting plan, to get back on track

day 1 sunday

- first day is always the hardest of any diet.

- the reason i'm doing this is because i can never stop eating once i've started, i'll tell myself, 'just have this amount' but before i know it i've eaten twice what i said i was going to.

- its only 6 days and i know fasting isn't something you should do regualy, so don't tell me all the risks etc because i do know. and yes i will be drinking tons of water.

- morning weight on day one: 9st 6lb

- stuff drunk or eaten: some smoothie and walm chocolate milk (as i was freezing)

- calleries burnt off: 125

Summery of First month

Total weight loss this month: 7.5 lb

Current weight: 9st 5.5 (131.5 lb)

was hopping to be: 9st 3 (129 lb)

feeling: like crap, not really about my weight, though i am slightly disapointed by it, but glade that at least i seem to have more control over my eating this last week


Goal for Month Two: to reach 9st (126 lb)
