I was just wandering through the guild and I had a thought.
What sorts of things do the members here fear? Personally, I have a fear of any page 69 in this guild, incase it destroys my mind.
What sorts of things do you fear? The usual spiders or heights, or anything much more abscure.
And Francis, before you say it, I forbid you to say "I fear nothing!" or anything of that type. biggrin

I fear fear.
And also pain. (Those may well be purely instinctive.)
I also have this fear of being in very deep water with a large creature swimming near me. (One example would be diving in Loch Ness and having the monster swim above me. Luckily it's only ever happened in dreams/nightmares.)

I've plenty of fears, just no phobias.
I'm scared of extreme pain, and humiliation, and I suppose I'm also scared of singing and dancing. Also, for a while, I was scared of pork pies.

Moths, I have one trapped in a glass jar under my desk right now, no idea whether it's alive or dead (scroedingers moth, lol.) because I'm too scared to move it.
It took me 2 days to get it into the glass in the first place.

It took me 2 days to get it into the glass in the first place. You spent 2 days trying to capture a moth? Why didn't you open a window instead? I did, but the stupid thing just kept bumping off the roof. I even took a lamp and set it on the windowsill, thinking it would head for it, but it just started bumping against the reflection of it on my wall. (All this while hiding under my Duvet as well!) It's still in the glass.

Moths are really stupid, I have the window open and they're more interested in burning themselves on the light. I hate it when you're trying to sleep and suddenly one whacks into you. gonk
The underground - I'm terrified of that...and lifts...
In Drama we had to go see a Shakespeare play and we had to go on the underground and I made a complete t**t of myself in front of the whole drama class, including the teacher. gonk
