It's unlicensed as far as I know. I read it through downloads and it's so fun! It's a set of stories about seven princes and their lovers. Technically, the original tells the sixth, first, and seventh princes' stories, plus the ministers of the left and right, while the second and fifth(I think) princes' stories are told in two spinoffs.

It's really fun to read, and I was wondering if anyone else had even heard of it.
