[THEM]

Dragon Revenge

Okay so I was bored yesterday, and decided to make a new Maple Story profile cause Ludi's out. I mean, what else can motivate me? ;D Now I'll be honest, I'm a perfectionist, hence why I'm not 110% cool with this theme, but it's better than the previous one I made, I believe. Another thing I should note is that workin with these colours and shapes/theme etc of Ludi is pure hell for me. Everythin on Maple is very crisp and such, so yeah ;>.>

But anyway...

/*Under Construction*/

Maple Story Profile Theme- Ludi Edition

Please note; This isn't the final version. Or at least, it may be subject to change at any time. Feedback bout this theme is always loved!

This theme gives you a Maple Story profile theme based on the newest update to Maple Story; Ludibrium..
Since this theme is free, I only ask that you don't edit my code below and keep my name on the banner. If you wanna be a fair player, put a link to my profile in your About section ;D It just shows some appreciation.

Kerning PQ & Terms
Heitaki
Since i have seen many threads about people asking how to PQ and asking people what terms mean, im just gonna make a thread for it!

The Terms:
PQ - Party Quest
AC - Auto Click. Used to get a advantage over other groups.
Track - Name(s) of someone inside the PQ to know when they are going out.
Rush - After beating the PQ, you quickly run back to the PQ area to try to get in again
PQ Area - Area around the sewers
KS - King Slime
Corner Kill - If you corner monsters, they might not drop a pass.

Myths:
Baby Slimes - People say if you kill the baby slimes at the end of PQ, you will get a crappy prize. Untrue, prize is random.
Panlid as a prize - FALSE! The photo on sleepywood.net was a photoshop.
Smuggling Passes/Coupons - Once was possible, but they patched the game so you cant do that anymore.

Puzzle Process:
You start of on "1 2 3" and if that doesnt work, you go to "1 2 4" and "1 2 5" and continuing on.

Question and Answers:
On the first stage, you recive a question and you collect the same number of coupons as the answers.

Follow the red path if you get diff or follow the blue path if you get same.

Btw, in mapleglobal since the mushroom shrine patch, they edited what Eak the Cloud says in sealed room but it's basically same. They just made his words more intelligent. ^^ If Eak Eak says something like the number of people in one of the stones is correct, it means same. Otherwise, its diff.

[APGD]
Not used too much because of auto-assign

EzemSlash
I made this just something to help all people new to Maple Story or anyone new to the class or job.

On a side note: every active skill mentioned can be lvled in 2 ways
First is lvling them every time you get sp (for the rich)
Second is lvling them to 10 then saving 10 sp then maxing them (for the poor)

Warrior

Warrior Starting AP
Preferred starting stats
Str: anything
Dex: anything
Int: 4-5 (4 for more str and 5 for more mp later on)
Luk: 4-5 (4 for more str and 5 if you just get impatient with rolling over and over)

Warrior AP Build
First of all, never raise your Int or Luk. That will prevent you from having a high potential seeing that stats cannot be reset.
Dex is supposed to be twice your lvl
I.E. a lvl 15 warrior should have 30 dex
Str gets every other ap you don't use on dex

(warning) when you get to lvl 31, only raise your dex by 1 and str by 4 every lvl

Warrior SP Build
I will not list what to raise in what lvl
I will just put how much sp is put into which skill in which order
5 Hp Recovery
Max Hp Increase
Max Power Strike or Slash Blast
Max Power Strike or Slash Blast (the one you didn?t max first)

6 Hp Recovery
or
3 Endure
3 Iron Body

Magician

Magician Starting AP
Str: 4-5 (4 for more int and 5 if you get tired of rolling the dice)
Dex: 4-5 (same reason as above)
Int: anything
Luk: anything

Magician AP Build
Like the warriors, but opposite stats, Magicians should not raise Str and Dex.
Luk is +3 your lvl
I.E. Lvl 15 Magician should have 18 Luk
Int gets every other ap you don't use on Luk

Magician SP Build

1 Energy Bolt
5 Mp Recovery
Max Mp Increase
Max Magic Claw
Finish Maxing Mp Recovery
Max Magic Guard

or if you?re rich or need more hp def (sapping mp)

1 Energy Bolt
5 Mp Recovery
Max Mp Increase
Max Magic Claw
Max Magic Guard
Finish Maxing Mp Recovery

Bowman

Bowman Starting AP
Str: anything
Dex: anything
Int: 4-5 (same as warrior)
Luk: 4-5 (same as warrior)

Bowman AP Build
Don't raise Int and Luk for the same reasons as warrior.
Str is supposed to be +5 your lvl (future hunters only)
I.E. A lvl 15 Bowman is supposed to have 20 str
Str is equal to your lvl (future crossbowman only)
Every ap not used goes into Dex

Bowman SP Build
3 Amazon?s Bless
5 Amazon?s Eye
Max Critical Shot

For future hunters
Max Double Shot

For future crossbowman
Max Arrow Blow

10 Amazon?s Eye

or Sacrifice 1 SP on anything to max Amazon?s Eye
Also, maxing/lvling to 15 Amazon?s Eye isn?t a bad idea in the beginning

Thief

Thief Starting AP
Str: 4-5 (anything if you plan on becoming a str dagger thief)
Dex: anything
Int: 4-5 (same as warrior)
Luk: anything

Thief AP Build
Str Dagger Thief

Don't raise Int for the same reason for warrior
Str is supposed to be 10 less than your lvl
However get your str to lvl 10 first
I.E. A lvl 15 str dagger thief is supposed to have 10 str because of the starting str daggers
But?
A lvl 25 Str dagger thief is supposed to have 15 str only because of the -10 rule

Luk Dagger Thief and Claw Thief
Don?t raise Str and Int because they don?t affect your damage
Dex is supposed to be 2x your lvl (same as warrior)
Luk is supposed to get everything else

Thief SP Build

Future Bandits
Max Nimble Body
Max Double Stab
3 Disorder
3 Dark Sight
15 Disorder or Dark Sight

Future Assassins
1 Lucky Seven
3 Nimble Body
Max Keen Eyes
Max Lucky Seven
3 Disorder
3 Dark Sight
Max Nimble Body
10 Disorder or Dark Sight (dark sight suggested)

AP Guide for lvls 30-70

Sorry this is late guys. I'm sure you can all find this in SW.net, but this is just incase anyone here doesn't have an acc there.

Warrior AP Guide

Warrior's AP has no real formula after lvl 30. AP is distributed in several ways depending on how much accuracy the person wants.

Str Cap Build (Highest Accuracy)
For this build, only Str is listed and the remaining AP goes into Dex. Due to starting stats (I.E. If someone doesn't get a perfect 4/4), listing the other stat will get complicated.

Lvl 30: 100 Str
Lvl 40: 140 Str
Lvl 50: 180 Str
Lvl 60: 220 Str
Lvl 70: 260 Str

80 Dex Cap Build (High Atk, Low accuracy)
For these builds, only Dex is listed and the remaining AP goes into Str.

Lvl 30: 60 Dex
Lvl 40: 70 Dex
Lvl 50: 80 Dex
Lvl 60: 80 Dex
Lvl 70: 80 Dex

100 Dex Cap Build (Stable Accuracy)

Lvl 30: 60 Dex
Lvl 40: 70 Dex
Lvl 50: 80 Dex
Lvl 60: 90 Dex
Lvl 70: 100 Dex

Magician AP Guide

Not really complicated. It's the same as always, Luk = Lvl + 3 and Int = Remaining AP.
For this build, only Luk is listed and every remaining AP goes into Int.

Lvl 30: 33 Luk
Lvl 40: 43 Luk
Lvl 50: 53 Luk
Lvl 60: 63 Luk
Lvl 70: 73 Luk

Hunter AP Guide
Again, not complicated. Str = Lvl + 5 and Dex = Remaining AP.
For this build, only Str is listed and every remaining AP goes into Dex.

Lvl 30: 35 Str
Lvl 40: 45 Str
Lvl 50: 55 Str
Lvl 60: 65 Str
Lvl 70: 75 Str

Crossbowman AP Guide
Again, not complicated. Str = Lvl and Dex = Remaining AP.
For this build, only Str is listed and every remaining AP goes into Dex.

Lvl 30: 30 Str
Lvl 40: 40 Str
Lvl 50: 50 Str
Lvl 60: 60 Str
Lvl 70: 70 Str

Thief AP Guide
2 Builds of this one because of Sin/Luk Bandits and Str Bandits

Assassin or Luk Bandits
For this build, only Dex is listed and every remaining AP goes into Luk.

Lvl 30: 60 Dex
Lvl 40: 80 Dex
Lvl 50: 90 Dex
Lvl 60: 100 Dex
Lvl 70: 110 Dex

Str Bandits
For this build, Str and Dex is listed and every remaining AP goes into Luk.

Lvl 30: 60 Dex / 20 Str
Lvl 40: 80 Dex / 30 Str
Lvl 50: 90 Dex / 40 Str
Lvl 60: 100 Dex / 50 Str
Lvl 70: 110 Dex / 55 Str

I'll get to making the AP guide soon, so hold on guys.

Common Quest Information

Advancing to Fourth Job

Pre-Requisites: Level 120, Third job *NOTHING ELSE*

1. Go to El Nath and talk to your 3rd job instructor to begin the quest.
2. Keep talking to your instructor until you receive a quest to obtain two special items for the fourth job instructor to advance.(Items not confirmed)
1. If you like to hunt, go kill Manon and Griffey to get the two items. After hunting down these monsters and obtaining the two items, skip to step 6.
2. Otherwise, if you are willing to spend 10 million mesos, continue with step 3.
3. Now head to Leafre and talk to the Village Chief. He will ask you for a very special scroll.
4. Head over to Eos Tower 44th floor to buy the scroll from the NPC for 10 million mesos.
5. After you are done go back to the Village Chief from Leafre. He will give you the two necessary items.
6. Now go to your 4th job instructor.
7. Give the 2 items to the instructor to complete the quest. The instructor will advance you to fourth job, grant you the skillbook for Maple Hero, and give you 3 SP and 5 AP.
8. Congratulations! You have on the right path to the wonders of 4th Job :whistles:

Legendary Spirit

1. Talk to Eurek in almost any town. He will ask you to collect the following:
* Red Whip
* 1 Hand Sword Attack Scroll 100%
* Helmet DEF scroll 100%
* Topwear DEF scroll 100%
* Bottomwear DEF scroll 100%
* 1 Million mesos
2. Return to Eurek with the items and mesos in hand to get the skill Legendary Spirit.

Mount - Hog

Pre-requisites: Level 70, third job

1. Go to Aqua Road and talk to Kenta. She wants you to collect 5 books and 5 crystals.
2. Talk to her again to enter a special arena.
3. In this arena will be a hog that you have to protect. During this protection quest, the hog will randomly drop the 5 crystals. The other 5 books you must collect by destroying treasure chests (a la Zakum PQ) throughout the map. If the 5 minute timer runs out before you have all of the items or if the hog dies, you will be sent out of the arena to do the quest again.
4. After successfully completing step 3, talk to Kenta again. She will give you the Mount skill, 32k experience, and a saddle.
5. Talk to Kenta again, and she'll give you another quest to obtain a special purple potion.
6. Go to the Village Chief in Leafre and purchase the potion from him for 20 Million mesos.
7. Return to Kenta and she will give you the quest to obtain your hog.
8. Go to a special map near Korean Folk Town.
9. The hog spawns just like a boss monster (e.g. Jr. Balrog or Mushmom). Once you see the hog spawn, double-click on the purple potion you bought to catch it. If you use your purple potion and there is no pig to catch, you will have to pay another 20 million mesos to the Village Chief of Leafre to try again.
10. A couple of notes about the hog...
1. The hog has 150% speed and 120% jump
2. It has an energy level of 100 and a fatigue level of 5. Every 10-15 seconds, your energy level is drained by the fatigue level.
3. You have to buy a special potion from the pet food sellers for 1k each to regenerate your pig's energy level.
4. Your pig has experience points and can level up just as normal pets do. It is unknown whether leveling up your pig will give any added bonuses, but you do need a level 3 hog to advance it to a Mane at level 120.

Mount - Silver Mane
Pre-requisites: Level 120, fourth job, Mount - Hog quest completed, hog must be level 3 or higher

1. Talk to Kenta from Aqua Road. She will give you a quest to collect the following:
* 600 Rexton Skin
* 400 Shoulder Pads
* 400 Skulls
2. She will also take your hog from you for the duration of this quest.
3. Go back to Kenta once you have collected the items. For a special fee of 50 million mesos, she will reward you with the Silver Mane.
4. The Mane works the same way as the hog, except for...
1. Pig --> Boar
2. Fatigue level 5 --> Fatigue level 3
3. 150% speed --> 170% speed

Maple Warrior

After finishing the fourth job quest, your fourth job instructor grants you the skillbook for Maple Warrior.

Hero's Will

1. First off, talk to Chief Tatamo in Leafre to begin the quest. He will ask you to talk to Carta the Sea Witch.
2. Head to Aqua Road Dungeon and talk to Carta the Sea Witch
3. Talk to Carta the Sea Witch again to receive the quest from her. She asks you to collect 40 pieces of X in a special arena of hers. Now there should be another option in the Carta the Sea Witch's dialog box after you talk to her again. Select this new option (it should be the bottom one) to enter a special arena. You will need two people to enter the map, and you will lose a Pianus statue every time you try to enter the map.
4. Inside the map you will find 3 types of monsters: bone fish, shark, and goby. Every monster you kill inside the map will drop one of the 40 pieces you need, and you need to collect all 40 pieces before the timer runs out.
5. After you exit the map, talk to Carta the Sea Witch again.
6. Keep talking to her until you receive another quest
7. Now head to Leafre again and look for the NPC named Fu. He'll ask you to collect:
* Broken ring (Griffey)
* 10 Mithril plates
8. Return to Fu and give him the broken ring and the 10 Mithril plates. He will give you a new ring.
9. Head back to Aqua Road and talk to Carta the Sea Witch to finish the quest. She will give you the potion. Use the potion to acquire the skill.
