So, if anyone would like to recomend songs, I'm currently making lists for: wake up, driving, cheer up emo kid, love (unrecuited, breakup, love, just realated to relationships somehow) and one dedicated to cover songs.

feel free to reccomend and post your favorite playlist.

Wake Up:
"Checklist" - Big D and the Kids Table
"You Gotta Get Up" - Five Iron Frenzy (That makes no sense, but hey)
"Go To Hell" - FoE
"Road Rash" - Mad Caddies
"365 Days" - The Mighty Mighty Bosstones
"Mr. Smiley" - Mustard Plug
"Everything Sucks" - Reel Big Fish
"Up All Night" - Suburban Legends
"Underground Town" -The Toasters

That's my suggestions.

If, like me, you have an older sibblig and they're moving away to go to college in about a month, I recommend "You Gotta Go!" by the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Mom will be crying, dad will be all serious, I will have the music blazin, skankin it with a big smile on my face. twisted

thanks guys. I'm finally starting to get my act together. I figured I'd pop this back to the top and see if anyone else had suggestions?

down at the 303 off of cities: the cat empire project from cat empire

i think the lines here show the anti emoness

Now it’s good to have positivity
But you also must be able to crush adversaries because
We have terrorists in the music industry
Yes terrorists trying to define what music be
We are modern medicine men - cure all ills with ill beats
But some people are making music sick

And if you were Rocksteady, Bebop and Shredder
I’d be Krang… doing that evil s**t better
Music is for living yes music is essential
Music should take risks and be experimental

Just want to hear music
And originality

If you like Op Ivy Covers just go to their site and you can get songs by bands who covered op ivy songs, here.

Relationship songs:
if you get any song off of the Potshot albums A-gogo or Rock 'n' Roll chances are they will be love songs.
Dead Milkmen - If You Love Someone Set Them On Fire

Wake Up:
Skankin' Pickle - Start Today (it's a cover but whatever)
Madness - Cardiac Arrest

Driving:
Skankin' Pickle - Gas In My Car
