I find that many asians believe they are black and act like gangsters but i don't want to be stereotypical..i was wondering..what do asians think there like around the world?

If they're really in a gang then they're really gangsters...Whatever clothes they wear is what they feel comfortable in and enjoy wearing.
Even if it does remind you of black people, but you have to remember hip hop (including hip hop clothing) is a recent trend growing in popularity.

Well here there are a lot of what we call "Asian Gangs"...
And from what I know they do not try to act black...
Here Asian gangsters and um..."black" gangsters are sooo different...
Since so much people associate Asians around here as gangsters...
Asians act gangster...
and those that don't act gangster are pretty much just thought of as gangster...
like...me I guess...
So like if my friends are talking something bad about some like nerdy looking Asians...
they always seem to end it in "You shouldn't mess with him, he'll call up his Asian gang and they'll jump you"...
It's really common around here...

That is one hasty generalization you have for a thread.
I am so not gangster. I never was, and doubtful that I will be. I don't really fit into any category either.
I know quite a number of my Filipino friends and young relatives who look gangsta nd may even use Ebonics to their advantage, but IMO it's more like a facade. They're pretty much people who prefer the urban style, but I doubt they'd ever be in a real gang. A barkada is good enough for them.

hahhaha i think the asian "gangsters" are so funny. they think they're all hardcore hArDcOrE, and stuff. it's hilarious. xD they amuse me. they've just fallen into a fallacy, a fad. usually they get out of it when they grow older. unless they're in a real gang. >_<
the asians here, are usually normal. but every now and then we have some scene kids and some gangster asians.
sometimes when we're in a playful mood we pretend to be in an italian mafia. xD my mafia name's tony. lmao
