I love cooking, so I figured I'd share one of my favourite quick lunches.
I don't think it's vegan, though. Sorry.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
1 tube of Pillsbury crescents
8 slices of your favourite cheese
1/4th a cup of finely diced green onion and mushroom
A sprinkling of your favourite veggie
Rather than just rolling up the crescent, place the slice of cheese and some of the veggies at the wide end of each roll. Roll 'em up, and add your favourite veggie as a garnish. Stick 'em in the oven for 10 minutes, and voila! A hot meal.
Maybe subsitutions can be made so that it's vegan-friendly, but I don't know what exactly is in the crescent dough.
Anyway, I hope it doesn't sound too gross. blaugh
