I think that having a buddy to help you out would be a really good thing to have. You can give eachother tips and diet help,motivation,and all kinds of things to help eachother!

So who will be my buddy?

Having a few really good friends to work your program with you is wonderful, but it doesn't hurt to widen your network of dieting buddies. I found that once I joined Weight Watchers, it was a lot easier to lose weight, simply because I had a great big support system. The addition of food structure is good, too. I'm one of those people who doesn't have an off switch when it comes to eating, so Weight Watchers' FlexPoints plan helps me know how much is the right amount to be eating. It does cost a bit of money, but honestly it's the best money you'll ever spend.

I totally agree with Divash.

Having somebody to talk to when you're strugglign with a diet is good, but its also a REALLY good idea to join a weightloss program that is structured, with meetings and stuff!

I do weight watches as well, though similar programs are probably j ust as effective! biggrin
