Do you know a korean band that you adore....and want to tell the whole world? xD Or at least the guild anyway.

This is where you recommend people to listen to your favourite artists/songs and request pictures/lyrics.

I can never seem to choose just one artist or song to recommend ... so here's a little list. I'll try to make it specific as to different genres, etc ...

If you are into pop/dance music, Koyote is a band you'll probably like. I have their whole ninth album, London Koyote. The track "Big Smile" off it is one of my favorite songs by them.

Cherry Filter is a bit of an older band (I don't mean really old just their last release was in like 2002 or 2004 or something like that). They are really a rock band but not really heavy rock ... if that makes any sense. Like, people who listen to mostly pop music would still like them, I think. The songs Happy Day and Poison Apple off their fourth album (Peace N Rock N Roll) are some of my favorites.

Battle is kind of a typical boyband but I absolutely love them. Paran as well. As for female vocalists, Younha is one of my favorites though I really like her Japanese songs better than her Korean ones.

DBSK ... you've probably already heard of them but I love the song Choosey Lover by them (it's Japanese, not Korean, but it's very good) and from their Korean songs Step by Step and Balloons are some of my favorites. The MV for Balloons is adorable, by the way. I have it on my iPod.

Oh, and if you are into slower, ballad-type songs, Chi Yeol's debut album that has just recently released is wonderful, he has a really unique voice. Tei, Eru and Evan are other good artists that sing pop/ballads.

By the way, since the download sticky looks kind of dead, if anyone is looking for a song feel free to PM me and I can see if I have it uploaded or I will upload it for you if I can. If not, I know several forums that have lots of kpop music and I can probably find a download link from there.

I also have, other than kpop, krock, jpop and jrock music. And some songs/albums in Mandarin too.
