Just coz you sing out it doesn't mean you suck! Look at Leonard Cohen, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Waits, David Bowie, Tom Yorke (of Radiohead) or Jeff Mangum (of Neutral Milk Hotel) they all miss notes (to a greater or lesser degree) and their music is still great! Sorry ... change that ... amazing!

Some GREAT people who can't sing ....
Dexter Holland (Offspring), the guy from Rammestein, all of the Sex Pistols, The Ramones, The Vandals, Blink182 (not personally a fan, but I can't really fault them) and right now I've gone blank.

I understand that not everyone likes an out of tune singer ... but I've given up caring. Mainly for the above reasons ...

I'm a really bad singer.
I know this.
I've failed to sing on many occasions during many open mic nights, coffee houses, and rhythm fests.
I guess it just shows that there's hope for all of us sweatdrop
