What the deal with your friends and yaoi? Is it bad or good, do they even know? Do tell. ^_^
My three best friends, straight male friends spazzed out bad, as in ran out my room laughing their asses off yelling they had blackmail, when they came across my rather hardcore FF7 CidxVincent doujinshi. (Cid was hot in it, judge me not. XD)

Varies between friends... most of them just tolerate it and don't really care that I like it. A few of my guy friends think it's a little strange, but don't mind that much. Most of my guy friends (straight and gay likewise) read it with me in lunch. I also have a few friends, 4 or so, who also like it. A couple also like some pairings, but not really yaoi in itself.

My friends know about it, but they don't like it or anything. *sigh* The people I used to hang round with were pretty homophobic and hated it, I suspect that they all thought I was a lesbian... Not that I care.

Hmm . . . acctually one of my friends are the reason i have gotten into Shounen Ai & Yaoi . . . though most of my other friends, feel that its really gross. . ugh its so stupid

well....i have a few that are way into it like me even though most of us arent bi or anything....but my closest and oldest friends think ive lost a screw and look at me wierd when i show them my yaoi art... stare

All my friends know. Some of them like it, some of them don't particularly care.
I know a couple of my guy friends would spaz if I told them some of my favorite slash pairings, like Jarlaxle and Entreri....because they love the characters as much as I do...just not together.

My best friend doesn't care and likes yaoi too. Shes actually re-writing her novel for me so theres a version where my favourite charecters get together xd
Some of my friends dont like it but I dont care, they can get pretty shirty, mostly the straight males, and one of the girls whose a total homophobe mad I just ignore them.
My parents are the funny ones... dad just covers his eyes and walks away, mum just laughs. They are totally avoiding all evidence of stories or pictures biggrin

My friends are really against the gays. I don't really like them making fun of me for all of that all the time, so I'm usually distant from them on that certain subject..

My friends got me into yaoi. All my friends love it very much. heart Which is good because I have loads of yaoi manga like yellow in my room that they can look at xd
