Perhaps they have many other guilds that they're part of, and they take their time checking out each guild whenever they feel like it?

Or perhaps they have a life outside of Gaia (amazing as that seems. eek )

But otherwise I agree. It's very annoying when you have all these potentially awesome members, but none of them talk.
