Because they do not allow the sales of CD's (and DVD's/Blu-Ray's..) outside of Japan... :C
Well.. AVEX PICTURES don't anyway.. BUT i don't wantt that just in case.. i mean.. i think sometimes AVEX allows sales of they're CD's... but not all the time? dunno..
