Normally you can get puppys that look like that.. but usually Shih Tzu's change colour over time and them ones turn golden.. (in my experience in seeing them... or a different brown.. (about once i think..)

It was so cute and pretty. TvT

But we did not say hello because it was barking and the owner crossed the road because it was barking... shame... the other Tzu did not bark though.. it was as good as gold..
