Rammstein

Hello.
I myself am an old school Rammstein fan.

I heard them about 3 weeks after their first CD came out and have loved them ever since, due to them, I started learning German.
I was getting rather good, but then my class was canceled at my school

Anyway, is their any other Rammstein fans out here?

Or go ahead and mention any other bands you like, after all, this is an open minded guild.

They are okay. Du Hast is still a classic song to listen too, but some of their other stuff just doesn't have the same flair and feel to it really. I think there is one song called Coming to America or something along those lines that makes me just go....ugh.

It's Amerika, and yeah..it's not all that great.

Makes fun of Amerika in parts...which is what I laughed at.
Yeah, Du Hast good song...one of their best, but well to know.

Hrm....I would have to say though, their best work is on their Mutter CD.

Yeah... one time my friend was having a party... and we were all hanging out in the basement. Above us, her preppy, jock brother was also having a party with all these little preppy girls. So we decided to have some fun... so we played rammstein (the German version) very, very loudly. We got the expected result: a bunch of preps came down the stairs asking wtf kind of devil worshiping music we were listening to... it was funny.

One of my favorite is this: I have some very VERY VERY religious people below my apartment. So, I played Six Feet Under while I was moving in....nonetheless, they came up and asked if I was playing the music, answered yes, and was then lectured on how it's rude to play devil worshiping music during the day.

I simply repsoned, "Mam, if I were to worship the devil during the day, woulnd't that be rather redundant?"....Good times.

Rammstein though, wow. Stupid jock/preppies.

Most preps I know actually know of Rammstein.

I love Rammstein. Though, where I live not many people seem to know them. Anyway, my favorite songs by them are Mein Teil, Daila Lama, Engel, and Rammstein.

Lol, here, (Wichita, Kansas) almost everyone knows of them.
Most haven't heard their music...which saddens me.

I'm a huge fan of Rammstein. I have all of their CDs, and had Rosenrot before it was introduced to America.

And I also took German class because of them. I'm still in it, too. Ich liebe es.

They're pretty cool and different and highly weird, but who doesn't like weird? cool So far my favorite songs are, Engel, Feuer Frei!, Wo Bist Du, Sonne, Stein um Stein, Mann Gegen Mann, and Mutter. (I'm so indecisive, it was too hard to just pick a few songs sweatdrop )
