Mer Newbie Shell Giveaway!

Calling all Mer newbies! Phail and I have a shell we want to find a home for with someone who does not own any mers (body is on the mer base).
Please only enter if you do not own any mers. (Kelpi-mer hybrids will not count against you.)

exclaim exclaim I need to clarify something from the qualifications. (I have also reworded to make it more clear above) Owning a Mer base mixed with any other breed (which would usually make it a mer-kelpi hybrid or mutant) would make you no longer a mer newbie for the basis of this raffle, not newbie according to shop standards.

If you own a Kelpi with the Mer tail, then that would not count against you.
