Hiraeth was the first to drop out. He had faltered at the last moment, and whether he thought he simply couldn't catch up to her or his desire had waned mattered little, in the end. But she appreciated his chase nonetheless, and she returned his croon with an encouraging one of her own. Another time, another place. For even if he never chased her again, they would share the skies one day, when she and Hers were ready to be blooded.
Hvitserth was next, goaded into showing her what he was truly capable of, however late it had come. He rose impressively high and impressively fast, and perhaps if he'd displayed this kind of prowess earlier in the flight he might have caught her eye. But that ship had already passed, and she couldn't say she was entirely surprised when he winged away. She gave him no parting words, instead focusing on the suitors that still remained.
Begath was the final to fly too high, outpacing her to the point he had no hope of catching her. He had been cute, but she couldn't truly say he had held her attention the way her other three chasers had. But perhaps in a future flight, he might catch her fancy and hold it. You as well. For he had done well - he had remained so close to her the entire flight.
And that left three for her to choose from. Each so close, tantalizingly within reach as she pushed herself higher, delaying her choice until the last possible moment.
Maridith was a temptation - his promises to regale her with stories of places far beyond the Reaches piqued her curiosity. He had remained so close to her the entire flight, showing enough skill in his flight not to be entirely outpaced or overtake her until the last moment. Her challenges to him had been answered with the fullness of his hearts, his skill to her shown with every beat of his wings. He had caught her eye, certainly, but she could not say he had held it. Another flight, perhaps, if he chased her again. She could see herself with him easily, but not on this day. Oh Maridith, you have done so well. But I feel my hearts are not with you today. But when I rise again, I would welcome you to chase me once more.
Mattoth was another she had favored, and she had even brushed close enough to tease him not long ago. His shiver of desire had certainly been tantalizing, and the possessiveness with which he regarded her was certainly enough to make her shiver in turn. He had overshot her at the last moment, it was true - but he had corrected quickly to bring himself closer. Out of reach, but not so far that he wouldn't make it. Not with the wingspan and strength lent to him by his metallic hide. He was another temptation, and perhaps... Perhaps... But no. Her eye had been caught by another dragon for today. You are certainly one of the best, but I am afraid you are not the one for me. Not today. But another, perhaps. You made my decision very difficult.
And he had, truly. She knew, even having performed below her own standards, she had made this flight a difficult one. For the blues to keep up wasn't entirely unexpected, but her bronze suitor had surprised her. And she dearly hoped to see him chasing her again one day, but for today her hearts had been captured. They had the moment Rouleth had shot up, the moment he had tilted into the sky and allowed himself to fall. Oh how she loved doing that with Niselle, to feel the elation that surged through her veins as Hers shrieked with joy on her back.
Uvaldoth pushed herself just that tiniest bit further, and when she felt her strength finally begin to truly give, she tilted. She turned backwards, craning her head and neck in a graceful arc until she was upside down in the air, reaching for Rouleth and crying out to him. Rouleth! It is you! Catch me!
And then, she fell, careening through the sky and bugling her joy and desire. She did not fear, for she knew Rouleth would snatch her from the skies long before she was in danger of hitting the ground. He had been closest, and he had been hers.

Uvaldoth has no color preferences - everyone who chases stands just as much a chance at catching her as anyone else! She hasn't quite grown to her full length just yet, but she is over the absolute smallest size an adult green could be. It's clear she has a little more filling out to do, as her frame looks like it could carry more bulk than she currently possesses. Right now most of her muscle is concentrated in her flight muscles and hind quarters, but without the rest of her filled out it makes her look... Well, a bit like a gangly, awkward teen.
Positive Traits: Friendly, highly social, intelligent
Negative Traits: Competitive, hyperactive, impulsive
Niselle is 19, leans towards men but is open to other genders, and is experiencing her first real flight lust. Oh don't get her wrong, she knows what it's like when a gold flight passes overhead. But it's a bit different when it's your dragon in a flight. She currently has no partner and will likely go to bed with whoever catches her eye. That doesn't necessarily mean she'll be joining the rider of whoever manages to catch Uvaldoth! All her suitors stand a chance, so it's just a matter of who she finds herself most drawn to.
Positive Traits: Family oriented, supportive, diligent, patient, adventurous
Negative Traits: Self-sacrificing, headstrong, willful, thrill-seeking
