As Richard learned to Swim as a merman thanks to Athena, they arrive at the Courtyard of Atlantica
Athena, your Castle home is amazing and wonderful. Richard said to Athena as he saw Castle Atlantica ahead.
There they were greeted by one of Athena's Friends, Bloom. She had Red Orange hair and cyan eyes along with a cyan tail. Like Athena and Emmaline, she was also 16 years old Hello, I'm Prince Richard of St. Ivalice, a kingdom of the human world. What's your name? Richard said to Athena's friend, Bloom.

Nice to meet you, Bloom. Athena's home of Altantica is wonderful, Bloom. I would love to see the inside, Athena. Richard said to Athena and to Bloom As you can see, I'm really a human turned merman after I taught Athena about the spell stones. Athena and I are in love together and she's a wonderful dancer on human legs too. Richard said to Bloom as he talked about his and Athena's relationship.
Anyway, a lot has happened on the Surface World, Bloom, Elsa and Grant got married, Aphrodite, Athena's mother gave up her immortality as a mermaid goddess to become a mortal human after falling in love with Halford and tomorrow's the Spring Festival in Ivalice.
