You've got it, Hayner. And... Presto Chango! Blumiere said as he tapped his silk hat with his wand then a rainbow swirl fired out at Hayner as his transformation into a human began. His tail split apart and human legs and feet formed. When it was completed a young man was sitting in the water admiring his new human legs and feet Peach and her sisters sometimes call me The Moonbeam Magician.

Sounds like I gave him an encore, Rainbow Princess. What's this? I have legs? That's amazing. Hayner said as he woke up to his new human legs and feet then wiggled his toes, unaware he was sitting in the water newly human and naked. Blumiere had turned Hayner from a merman into a human I can see that. Tampani? First time seeing a merman newly human, Rainbow? Hayner said to Blumiere's sister as he playfully teased her then saw her blush.
