After reaching the shores of Ivalice island, Stella spoke to Kaydel. Her children turned 15 years old and have come of age which meant they were now able to see the world. Here we are, Kaydel dear. Be sure to be a good mermaid out there in the open world & later on, your brother can join you. Stella gave her daughter a loving hug before swimming back to the open waters. Be sure to call me using the pearl or crystal I gave you if anything comes up. Take care! And with that Stella dove underwater to return to Nautilina.

Tristan was on his way back to Tipa until he saw a lovely mermaid surface. She had blue hair, blue eyes, a starfish crown, jewelry, a starfish bra & a blue tail. Tristan blushed a little, she was really beautiful. Afternoon, my name is Tristan of Tipa, the son of Tipa's Armorer & my class is Knight. What is your name? Tristan went for a closer look as the mermaid swam closer. Tristan then went into his bag and got out 2 watermelon slices, one for himself & one for Mermaid from his bag & used the Aports Null Spell to remove both the seeds & watermelon rinds from the watermelon slices until they were plain watermelon slices. This is called a watermelon, its really good for you as a healthy snack. Afterwards, can I show you something? Tristan then gave the mermaid the watermelon slice to try, then Tristan showed the mermaid something. The Nation of Tipa has been invited to a Full Moon Festival ball which is 3 nights at the capital of St. Ivalice & we can bring as many friends as we want. Would you like to come? By the way, I'm 16 years old. How old are you?

Kaydel smiled up at the young man and took the slice of watermelon. At first she gave it a lick then nibbled on it. Finding that it tasted wonderful she took a bigger bite. She listened to him intently as this was the first human she had ever seen, and rather handsome as far as she could tell. "I am Kaydel, and I just turned 15 years old. What is a Moon Festival Ball?" she asked finishing her watermelon. Setting her treasure bag to one side on the rocks she took off her starfish crown and placed it inside. |

Kaydel's eyes widened. It sounded wonderful and she would love to attend. however she could not leave the ocean. But at the mention of human legs she grew excited. You can do that? How? She pulled herself up on to a rock to sit and listen hoping he would tell her how it worked, because she was fascinated with the human world and the things in it. |

I like you Tristan gave Kaydel a light kiss on her cheek, confessed that he liked her, then pointed his stardust rod at Kaydel's blue tail and cast his human spell on her & Kaydel's transformation into a human began. Stardust Rod: Transformation spell 
Again he eyes went wide, there was little pain as her tail split down the middle, separating it into legs and her fins into feet. she moaned as the bones formed. Scales turned to skin and disappeared all together. When it was over, a young woman sat in the water staring at her new legs and feet. She wiggled her toes, stunned and intrigued by how they felt. She laughed at them, then tried to stand. she was extremely wobbly and fell onto her hands and knees with a little yelp. Trying again and deciding to work on her balance before actually walking, Kayde stood looking down at herself, revealing that she had nothing on but starfish int he right places. |

Tristan caught Kaydel as she was wobbling on her new human legs & feet, then offered to help her stand and walk on human legs and feet, then blushed again since she was really beautiful as a mermaid turned human. She looked like a Little Mermaid turned human, but she was also naked with her starfish garments covering her. Kaydel, how do your new human legs & feet feel? Do you like your present? Tristan's heart skipped a beat with a feeling of love. He really liked Kaydel & it was Love at First Sight for him. Kaydel, I like you. Me and my friends will teach you about being human.

Her long blue hair stuck to her back from being wet, covering her bum, but the rest of her was still bare save for where the starfish covered. She suddenly felt self conscious about being naked. ~Is this because I'm more human now?~she thought to herself, smiling at him. |

Kaydel, having legs and feet is natural for a human. Tristan blushed red, after Kaydel smiled toward Tristan. Kaydel, the first thing about being human is to dress like one. Once you're used to having legs and I thought you how to stand and walk, you may want to put something on in the meantime until we reach Tipa. Tristan then saw an old sail sheet with rope on the shore. Kaydel, that sail sheet and rope will do nicely for you to wear in the meantime. Tristan said this as he was helping Kaydel stand on her human legs and feet.
Kaydel, do you like to sing? If so, I would love to hear you sing. Tristan asked this to Kaydel as he was helping her adapt to having human legs & feet. Kaydel, I really like you.

"Turn around please....so I can put this on...." She said blushing at his compliments and that he liked her. She had had a few merboys tell her such things but never was interested. Now however she was love struck with this human named Tristan. She quickly wrapped herself int he torn sail to make some sort of garment and used the rope to tie it on. She had to take off her starfish to do so and thus put them in her bag witht he rest of her things, also her jewelry. Now she looked most like a human. Turning to him she asked, "So...How do I look?" |
