She imagined the ballroom full of people, and music, and the two of them dancing, like they were now. She tried to concentrate on learning the steps, but her thoughts kept straying to Granis, how handsome he looked, how kind he was to her.

Excited about tomorrow, hanging out with my sister? Granis then imagined seeing Idessa in a town dress and dating her in the afternoon.
