All wins should be tracked by the staff who announces the win within 3 days of winners being announced. If the tracker has not been updated within 3 days, or if you are a staff member unable to update the sheet, please see the forms below.
Tracking a Win: Public Threads
If winners were announced but have not been added to the tracker within 3 days, please use the form below.

Tracking a Win: SC Purchases
SC Purchases are tracked by a moderator in charge of approving cash-ins. If you feel that a win should have been logged, please check with your purchaser to ensure that: the cash-in has been made, the cash-in is not a familiar custom*, the cash-in has been approved, and the approval was over 3 days ago. If all four conditions are met, please use the form below.
*Familiar customs purchased via SC do not incur cooldown to allow staff to use it as a gifting option with no restrictions.

Modifying a Win
If the tracker has incorrect information, including typos or an item marked as having cooldown when it should not have been, use the form below to have it corrected.
