Civisect's markets were one of the best places to find materials and ingredients for anything a troll would need, and Tyanna needed more ingredients for her newest potion. She felt she must have been so close with her last one. Perhaps more roots would help? That would have grounding power.

She tucked her wings carefully against her body as she navigated the stalls, peering curiously at the vegetables in bins. They seemed rather... food grade. Mundane. No use for her magic! Her mother trailed behind, snorting every so often, tail swishing idly as she watched her charge.

At the next booth she picked up a spring of herbs, strong scented and brightly colored. "Mama, do you think this one might be good for health?" she asked aloud, turning it in her hands as she held it aloft.

Eavesdropping was in Stemma's nature, and she very rarely attempted to quell that behavior. So when she spotted a curious midblood with a crown and what appeared to be dragonfly wings... Well, she tailed her. She at least had to decipher if her eyes were actually witnessing another mutant, out in public no less.

Krampa not far behind, Stemma stood next to the girl with a healthy distance for a midblood. Tyanna's question was more than enough for Stemma to inject herself into the conversation. She smiled to herself. What a lucky day.

"Only if you want to risk losing all your hair," Stemma gave a cheerful giggle, playing with her own dyed locks. "If you're looking for medicinal herbs at a farmer's market..." Stemma continued, plucking some nearby herbs to show the midblood.

"You can find rosemary— excellent in spells and brews— and nutmeg," Stemma tilted her head into her shoulder, smiling like she was up to something. "Nutmeg is especially helpful to the physically gifted." She waited for Tyanna's reaction, unblinking.

She'd noticed the purpleblood just enough to not be startled by her interjection - and Tya covered her mouth, hand curled against her lips as she contemplated what the purpleblood said, and what she said really meant. It wouldn't do her lusus any good to lose her hair, and would be even worse for the tealblood to lose hers. Tyanna fluttered her wings slightly as she moved, twitching under the scrutiny of a highblood. Her lusus stood behind her, watching.

"I was looking for medicinal herbs..." Tya said carefully, reaching to pick up the noted round seeds and sprig of the sweetly scented herbs. She'd never expect nutmeg to be useful, but the purpleblood seemed knowledgeable. She was likely more useful than any of the stand owners, so she turned her attention entirely to her, round face tilted in a mirror of Stemma's. She knew something more than she was telling. "The physically gifted?"

Tya looked down briefly, trying to see if the purpleblood was of her kin, as if she would see the physical gift she might too be hiding. Not visible to her naked eye, she held moved the herbs and held out her free hand daintily. "If you know much about those with... physical gifts, we may be fated to meet, then," she offered to the purpleblood.
