It hadn't been very easy to get into NHC, not with Skoli anyway. His lusus could not stay underground while in the city- it was too densely packed with piping and other... things... they would impede his movement. So, the large wormlike creature was left with awkwardly trundling along behind Floren as he picked his way through the busy streets. There were... a lot of trolls out and about, but most seemed to get out of the way when he drew near. Probably due to Skoli... he was an intimidating sight, even if he was at a severe disadvantage above ground. They didn't need to know that.

Eventually he found the place in question. He'd heard about a kid around his own age that was good at investigating, and would do jobs for others if they paid. Well, Floren needed something found, and he would definitely pay for it. He knocked on the door, hoping this... investigator was around.
