STATS

Stats: Stats in the guild work as a guideline instead of a definitive guide. In a perfect world, it would be necessary to have stats in general. Instead, stats are used as a guide and are divided into tiers. The tiers go from D to S rank. S rank tend to be extremely rare and some of the most dangerous beings. While D rank are the beginners who are just now going through huntsmen training. Let’s go over some scenarios. Let’s say two D rank huntsmen have a race and both have D rank speed. Does that mean they both run the same pace? Yes, and no. What the D rank means is that their speeds are within a certain range that when looked upon and analyzed, they replicate a D rank threat. Meaning, if they charge at an enemy, it not as scary as a A rank charging at an enemy. To put it with numbers. D rank speed for example be 5-10 MPH range, while A rank would be like 30-40 MPH range. (Not saying a person is running 30-40 mph at A rank. Example is to just show the difference between the ranks while showing the variance. ) With this. One of the D rank huntsmen could be going 5 mph while the other one is running 8mph. However, both speeds are still within the D rank range. The relative speed of your character depends on how you make the character. If you make your character heavy set, and fluffy. Of course they won’t be faster than someone who is fit and in shape BUT they still could react and keep up since they are still within same rank.

STRENGTH
User Image

Strength: The ability to exert and suppress a certain amount of force. For example, a D rank heavily muscular huntsmen could break rocks and boulders and lift way more than an A rank but the A rank can easily withstand and block a D ranks physical attacks, even blocking punches with a finger. While the D rank due to its character has more strength capacity and exertion, the A rank has high suppression. Meaning, the A rank may not be able pick up a train (because that’s not how the character is set up), but they can still pack a punch and with stand force. To put it simply Strength is all about exertion and suppression, not capability of which one can lift.

SPEED

Speed: The speed stat represents the rate at which someone or something is able to move or operate. This includes dashing/movement, agility, reaction. On same rank, while one may be faster than the other, the gap between the two is close enough where they could be considered on same threat level.

WEAPON

Weapon: The weapon stat refers to one’s capabilities with a weapon, high or specialization in this usually means a person has more sophisticated fighting style, weapon, and knowledge with their tool of choice. The rank in this stat determines the threat level of the person with the weapon. A D rank threat is like a person who only knows how to chop and slash while an A rank threat would be a master in fencing, kenjutsu, kendo,..etc.

AURA AND SEMBLANCE
User Image

Aura and Semblance: Aura is the energy source that comes from the soul while Semblance is the physical manifestation of this aura into a unique power. The higher the stat, the higher amount of energy and semblance control a person tends to have. The destructive capability of a semblance depends on the semblance itself and the way its used by the owner. Even a D rank threat could be something to fear in the right hands.

ENDURANCE
User Image

Endurance: Endurance is the amount of damage, stress, and physical activity one’s body and mind can endure before passing out. This is not linked with Aura. A person can have high aura and use their semblance constantly while having low endurance. But if that same person is hit like 2 times by hard hitting grim, their endurance being low could cause them to be knocked out and in a weakened state. Not because they don’t have the energy source, but because their body is damaged to where that energy source can no longer shield them from taking massive damage.

CLASSES

Weapon Class

User Image

Weapon Class: Weapon Class Huntsmen focus on the use of their weapons to fight and protect themselves. With their weapon, they are an army of one, but without their weapon, they are nothing more than a sitting duck generally. Their aura tends to augment and synergize with their weapons for destructive capabilities including elemental slashes, shadow strikes, and other types of capabilities. However, there have been weapon class huntsmen whose aura’s completely breaks this generalization. Weapon class huntsmen receive a rank bonus in the weapon stat (D rank to C rank) and tend to have average endurance.

Physical

User Image

Physical Class. Physical class huntsmen focus on the use of their physical attributes to fight and protect themselves. They tend to either be faster or stronger than the average person, and have aura abilities that usually augments these advantages. For example, a physically strong huntsmen could have a semblance that allows them to dash short distances at a great speed which allows for a nice 1-2 combo. However, they also tend to not have the best aura control and stability at times even only being able to use their aura when they are in a pinch. (Yang for example) Physical class huntsmen have 2 choices. They can either boost their strength or Speed by one rank. (D rank would go to C rank). They also tend to have higher than average endurance.

Aura

User Image
Aura Class: Aura class huntsmen focus on the use of their aura ability to fight and protect themselves. They tend to have aura that are more battle centered and could even say mage like. Unlike others who would have an aura that causes them to have a short speed dash or hulk up, Aura class tend to have auras more like the weaving of fire or alchemy. This is not to say! That an Aura lass huntsmen can not have an aura that boost them (hulk up) or does speed dashes. It just rare to see. Aura class Huntsmen receive a rank bonus in Aura stat. (D rank turns to C rank) and tend to have lower than average endurance.

Adept

User Image

Adept Class: Adapt class huntsmen tend to focus on every aspect when it comes to fighting and protecting themselves. While not particularly the best in any one aspect, they always tend to have a fighting chance no matter the situation. With a weapon, no weapon, hand to hand combat, aura vs aura. Adept class huntsmen receive a + in every stat including endurance. But do not get the free + that comes with making a profile. With this, Adept class huntsmen tend to have Average plus endurance.

RANKS

In this new creation of Remnant, titles mean absolutely nothing. In a sense, everyone could be a huntsmen at this point. Anyone could be a warrior if they put their mind to it. What determines one's strength and power level is their rank. The ranking system goes from A-D. D is the lowest and A is the second highest. There is a rank above A which is S rank. However, S ranks are far and few between. Something of legends. If a person ever runs into an S rank person, then they are either about to die or about to end up serving this person as a slave. Or being liberated by this person. S ranks tend to be your Maidens, pure evil villians, and silver eyed warriors. Sadly enough, those are just myths. Maybe they can become reality one day

S-RANK

S ranks are the myths of this new remnant. Some say that they are nothing more than myths. Others believe there are S ranks out there and that they are indeed real. S ranks tend to be those of fairy tails. Of great lore. They hold extreme power and aura levels. Skills that are meant to be feared and respected. Many people use to believe that the S ranks were the old head masters of the academies, but this was not the case.

A-RANK

A ranks are experienced huntsmen who are able to take down most if not all threats of grim. They are able to handle themselves and are able to go on dangerous missions on their own without hesitation. This doesn't mean they are a one man army, but they are close. They can take care of most grim easily and the higher tier grim they can take on fairly with struggles here and there. However, they still have their limitations. The best thing about A rank huntsmen is they know when to fight and when to run. They know when they are at a disadvantage and how to strategize. While most could most likely fight their way out of a situation, it becomes a different story when a number of A ranks come after you.

B-RANK

User Image

B Ranks. These tend to be the students who are near the end of their tenure in the academy or those who have graduated, but still need a few more requirements left to be A rank like in the field experience as a huntsmen. There are low ranking huntsmen that are B rank, but don't be fooled by their rank, they are still strong and contain the knowledge beyond comparison to those blow them. There are students who are B rank just by skill alone However, these students tend to be prodigies who's skill relay a B rank level threat.
C-RANK

User Image
C ranks are warriors that have adequate skills and experience in the field. Fighting and surviving is nothing new to them. They know about their aura and semblance and have a good grasp and control. Their skills are nothing to be mess with .While still minor threats to some people, they are no push overs by a long shot. Their greatest weakness is just lack of knowledge and skills which is learned with time. They would be the sophmores/ Jrs of the bunch. In most cases, they have received training from parents, siblings, or mentors along the way. This is the second highest rank among the general public.

D-RANK

User Image
The beginners of the group. They tend to have little to none combat experience and are very little threat to an average warriors. When entering MEIS or until one becomes infamous enough to be considered a more considerable threat, everyone starts off at a D rank level threat. How fast one graduates from D rank depends on their skills. Some D ranks don't even know what their Semblance is or how to control their Aura. The ones that due have very little control and knowledge over it. D ranks tend to be in groups even when dealing with low tier grim. While they can handle them and some grim few tiers above, high tier grim are D ranks worse night mare not even being able to scratch them in most cases. Lets just be happy they know how to pick up their sword in some cases.
