Having read the Death Guard codex, the following new units have been added to the 40k unit roster and will soon receive models / or are already out there:
HQ
Lord of Contagion (Dark Imperium exclusive)
Typhus (New plastic model with same rules as Lord of Contagion, but also buffs Poxwalkers and can cast two psychic powers per turn)
Malignant Plaguecaster (Dark Imperium exclusive)
Troops
Plague Marines (5-20 models per squad, can be kitted out for melee with special melee weapons - doubling their attacks - or be ranged as always, can also take an icon which grants -1 LD to enemy units within 6")
Poxwalkers (Dark Imperium and Easy to Build exclusive)
Elites
Noxious Blightbringer (Dark Imperium exclusive)
Foul Blightspawn (Debuffs charging enemy units, has an unholy head grenade and has a S2D6 9" assault flamer with -3 AP and 3D)
Biologus Putrifier (Buffs blight grenades, has a 3" pistol that does D6 wounds and explodes when it dies, dealing mortal wounds on a 4+ to all non-Nurgle units within 7")
Plague Surgeon (Allows for failed FNP rolls within 3", +1 to hit and wound rolls when fighting space marine infantry and bikers)
Tallyman (Re-roll failed to hit rolls in the fight phase within 7", allows to refund spent CP's on a 2D6 roll of 7)
Deathshroud Terminators (3-6 strong, equipped with spurt gauntlets and manreapers, +1 A to all Death Guard characters within 3", Look Out Sir! for characters within 3" and they can teleport)
Blightlord Terminators (5-10 models, full of plague weapons, both ranged and melee, melee wounds of 6+ gain +1 AP)
Fast Attack
Foetid Bloat-drone (Can be equipped as found in the Dark Imperium set, or given either a heavy blight launcher or the Fleshmower, which is a large lawnmower that does 6 bonus attacks every time it fights)
Myphitic Blight-haulers (Small gun tanks with missile launcher, multi-melta, spurts of bile and bite attacks, 1-3 per squadron, no penalties for moving and shooting, 3 models = +1 all to hit rolls)
Heavy Support
Plagueburst Crawler (artillery tank, comes with plague mortar, heavy slugger and two plague spitters, can swap these last two for other heavier / shootier guns)
Lord of War
Mortarion
A slew of regular CSM units and vehicles are also available, but these do not benefit from the special Death Guard rules like the universal 5+ FNP or buffs given by certain characters.
