"Hmm," she said thoughtfully. "That makes sense. Lemme know if n' when ya lift it, though. Sos I can tell Sonny. I figure we gotta wait on exhuming 'til that's squared away."

"It'll be sooner rather than later, I simply have to speak with Renard and Liam and then make arrangements at the department." Jeremiah was clearly already in the thought process of undoing it. The necessary steps.

"We don't have much time left. Though if Sonny is going to help with the exhuming- that makes me concerned there may be wards or protections on the plot where Sunny is buried." He was thinking, suddenly, of when they had come upon Pax and what had been on them.

"So, basically, we need good plans set in stone n' s**t ta get each item. The body is near done - we need that engagement ring, yeah? Dirt, sirens, s**t I left m'lsit at home."

"Dirt from the crossroads of the original Ashdown," Jeremiah easily knew them, they were engraved into the back of his eyelids, "the engagement ring, the grimoire, the sirens, the body and, perhaps, one other thing but I'm not sure. Renard's schema - his original one - was used in his place as well but not one of the components."

A drink was taken.

"We have to gather them all together and then, as it's been said, be prepared to start throwing magic around." There was a look of wry amusement on his face as he said that.

"I thought tha schema was an alt ta gatherin' tha components? Like ya could do it tha old-fashioned way n' get all the bits n' destroy or ya could use a schema." She poked around the lunchbox and devoured something in the blink of an eye.

"I dunno, though. 'Cause I like tried n' true methods. Engagement ring - Liam. Diry - we talk ta Sunday. Sirens - I don't ********' know let's make one. Wonder if Sonny or her da could teach me. Grimoire, I dunno I wrestle it away from crunchy granola. Body is probably the easiest." She ticked them off one by one. "Your'e gon try for tha right, yeah?"

"Not in this case, they gathered the components but they also used Renard's schema in a fashion as part of the sigil- at least, that is the impression I have. There was a time component to it - the schema I mean - and is, most likely, responsible for the fact that we are all stuck in these cycles which they had not planned for." His head tilted towards her. "Not that a schema can't do what you're talking about, if it's got enough information in it, but it'd take one that's been around for more time than we have." Or it would have to be like the one found in the Void but that was not thought about.

Jeremiah chuckled then and nodded. "In this, I agree with the tried and true methods," (crunchy granola got another look and shake of his head), "and I'm going to be working on the ring and getting the body taken care of by speaking with Sonny's fathers and the restriction altered or lifted. Potentially figure a way to have something stand in for the sirens, I'll talk to Rabbit about it." Perhaps Pride as well, as they were the last one around to offer any guidance.

"Jus' lift it if ya can. I gotta take Sonny out." Maybe for a frat party. She'd promised not to talk about Jamie's schema, so she didn't. Preacher had let it scan her, though, making sigils. Honestly, it had felt a bit porny.

She swung her feet a bit. "Lemme know when ya get it all squared away; I can go 'head n' put inna order for exhumation. N' Pride'd prob know 'bout tha sirens if Rabbit don't... I mean, he made tha damn thingers. I dunno, I ain't seen him recent." Swing, swing. "Gotta get that ********' grimoire, dammit."

"Of course. Lifting it is the plan unless there's some very good reason not to. They're already caged because of what happened in the void, I see no reason to contain them to the house." Jeremiah still did not feel too good about that one, especially considering he remembered the way Sonny had clawed at their throat.

"Bring the order by my desk and I'll put my weight behind it so when you take it to the ME, you should get a move on it faster and, of course, as soon as I do I will let you know." His fingers closed around his water bottle. "I need to check back in with Pride, they were ... fairly torn up after the Burning Man took their consent. Perhaps speak with Rabbit and go to see Pride then." A glance towards Preacher at the mention of the grimoire. "On that note, I think when we go to see Sunday, we may want to ask about Heliodora's notebook. The one that you all worked from in the void. It would be good for us to have it."

"You got it, boss." The sooner things were squared away, the better. "Dint Zac have tha notebook? I wonder whatall happened to tha sharpie n' knife, too."

Preacher mulled over it for a moment. "It'd be useful anyhow, I guess. Pride ain't like... dying or nothin', right?" She liked him.

"Zac did, but I'm not sure that ... it came with him." Jeremiah was thoughtful, thinking about this. "We had, at one point, seen something like it in the library which is why I mentioned it as another thing to look into when we go."

A small smile was given at the question about Pride. "No, Pride is not dying. They might've but we were able to help them - Temperance and America especially - and they're going to be fine. Moreso now than ever, I assume, with the new Charter being in place."

"Yeah, we can ask ya kiddo or look for it there." She shrugged. It made no difference to Preacher.

"Have ya got Pride's number? I wanna shoot 'im a text. If not, I'll go n' track him down, ain't a thing."

"Pride's only texted through other people's phones so far as I know ..." Jeremiah did not think they had an actual cell phone. The only one, in fact, with a phone was Minerva.

"Only seen one bit of technology that seemed to work on this side and still be able to communicate to here."

"Lame." Well, Preacher would make a note to look up his dead name, anyway, and his regular name, in case he got it legally changed. She was hoping this all had meant Pride could come back and live a mostly normal life, as if magic ever made any goddamn sense.

"Wassat tha cell phone people were on about?"

"Mm, it is," Jeremiah answered, then realizing he may have never mentioned something-

"Pride- Well, Jennifer Wells. They're dead in this world or have been considered such. They went missing a few years back and were never found but ... there was probable cause to assume they were dead." Clearly he did not mean their Pride but the one that had, at one point, existed in this world.

"Yeah, I looked 'em up. But I figure we gotta look 'em up again 'cause what if that magic changed ta suit comin' back. Or like... if they suddenly reappeared. I though he wouldn't be, like, stayin' in bullshit land." She chewed her lip thoughtfully. There was a lot... a lot to do.

"Gameplan-" She fished out a piece of paper and a pen. She always had a pen. Unlike her normal texting, she switching into work mode and spelled everything correctly and with impeccable penmanship.
