For what it is worth, I found this phone in the void when the new sigil was being created. I kept it to ensure no one would try contacting certain people that may interfere with our goals. Minerva from some timeline where she was a young woman in the early 90s called me through this phone asking for help in finding her missing friend Melany. The problem there was the Melany of this world was not missing. Just hers.
