The Noble Court, the wargs, and the moonwalkers were created thousands of years ago in an act of unspeakable brutality. In the present day, after the creation of the new sigil, the Charter which kept the disparate factions of the world working together has finally reached the point where it is no longer workable. Having collected the materials to both destroy the original Charter and create a new one, your characters now congregate within the otherworld to change the shape of it.

rules.

• Plot moving GM posts in this thread will come every 48 hours. Engaging NPCs in conversation will result in replies as the GM is available to do them. However, you will find that substantially more will be accomplished by playing against your fellows.
  
• Do not pressure your peers to make IC decisions for OOC reasons. There will be situations in this meta where the "correct" answer for the "best end" will be obvious OOCly, but not ICly. If anyone pressures get your character to act a specific way to achieve a certain end, please tell a mod.
  
• Remember to tag for trigger warnings. There will be situations in this meta where grievous bodily harm is required or encouraged. If you respond to these prompts, be mindful of your peers and tag for self-harm imagery, gore OF ANY KIND, etcetera. If you are uncertain if you should tag it, tag anyway.
  
• Pay attention to GM warnings. There will be situations in this meta where certain IC choices will lead to permanent IC consequences, up to and including death. Warnings will come ahead of time.
  
• Please be aware of your own ability to participate. There will be situations in this meta where NPCs ask for IC volunteers. If your character would ICly volunteer but you are OOCly unable to meet the post requirements, please let a GM know so that we can choose someone else. If something comes up (which is totally understandable) the GM will temporarily take control of your character, but only to complete the obligation which you/r character agreed to take on.
  
• Keep an eye on the NPC list in the fifth post of each thread. This list will tell you who is present and who may be approached at the current time.
  
• Please post in this thread with your participating characters' names and a link to their journal. If you have multiple characters, please consider whether you'll be able to keep up with all of them; if not, please choose only one. There will be sections of this meta where you will be asked to make a 250+ word post for each character you're playing within a 48-72hr window.

• at noon on the seventeenth a shimmering curtain of white static appears to each visitor and beckons them. after crossing through they are brought to an unfamiliar area of the Court where preparations for the destruction of the Charter are finalizing ...

home base
• the visitors must now split off into groups to find lord ezra as well as the focus, that which bears the revoked consent of the signatories of the original charter, before something goes terribly wrong. those who remain on the third floor begin scrying to learn secrets. (tw: death, blood & gore)

• while scrying, warg nokoni uncovers the location of the gathered consent and finds it with melany dubhslaine.

this carousel takes round and round
• the location of the foci discovered while scrying, warg beaumont and visitor labelle return to lord ezra's domain to search them out.

• the revoked consent found, the foci gathered, wargs beaumont and nokoni along with visitor labelle seek out silk to destroy them while the burning man is subdued upstairs.

Silk
• The Regent of the Spinel Lady. In the absence of the physical form of the Charter, Silk is the leader of the noble faction. She is the oldest fetch and the strongest of them, magically speaking. Silk responds best to those who show her respect and who demonstrate good manners. Disrespect and disinterest only earn her ire.

Odal the Vintner
• Another fetch pre-dating the Charter. Not much is known about them, other than they like to cook and take their name from wine-making.

Felt
• A younger fetch, seemingly Silk's right-hand man. Friendly, for a given value of friendly. Like Silk, craves respect. Unlike Silk, seems willing to compromise.
