 Se'lune was out with her lusus, collecting things, food, and resources for their swamp friends. It was hard to find dry wood in the swamp, and being one of the youngest wigglers at the swamp, Se'lune was just fine with going out on firewood duty. The greenblood had a rather nice pile going, a good amount of kindling, some logs as thick as her thumb was long, and even one quite large round of wood that she was going to have to get Obachan's help moving to the swamp. It was exciting, helping others, dedicating her time in the goal of keeping her fellow family and friends warm.
The greenblood heaved another nice thick branch onto the pile she had. It was oh so cleverly hidden right off the path, sorta covered with ferns. The greenblood stepped lightly, trying not to trip on any of the sticks she had haphazardly strewn about in a "pile". Obachan returned with a dainty basket of fruits and shrooms for Se'lune to carry back when she gave the pile a worried look. "No one is gonna trip on it Obachan, its not really in the way. Besides, making a neater pile would take longer, and i thought we were gonna get this stuff back to the swamp before midnight." The hippo gave a sort of shrug-nod before giving Se'lune the 5 minute sign and running off to inspect an apple tree. Se'lune grinned. 5 more minutes, she could probably at least get four more logs in that time.
