Azrael panted heavily as he used the wall for support. This was the last place he knew to go. He couldn't go to civisect, it was too close and Psykgi had been previously involved with Eridia. There was no telling how that would go if he went there. He couldn't g to Amonee, the greenblood was living near his hive and would probably end up on Eridia's war path. That lead Azrael to Elidae's hive on the communal hivestem.
Scarfettle gave comforting chuffs to his young troll as they approached the door to the communal hivestem. This was Elidae's building, or he was pretty sure it was. He'd never actually been there before, only sent her a letter or two. Hopefully this was the right one and that Elidae was there or he was absolutely ********. Exhausted but determined Azrael entered the hivestem and began his journey to Elidae's hive.
She would help, wouldn't she? Azrael let out a low growl as he cradled his wounded arm as he walked. He wanted to believe that he could trust Elidae. He could, couldn't he? It took what felt like ages to the blueblood before he reached Elidae's hive door, but he eventually arrived. Exhausted Azrael used his good hand to knock on the door, he then mustered all the strength he could to just stand there. He felt like his knees would buckle any moment. "Please be there..." he muttered under his breath.
The blood from his messily treated wounds had more or less stopped, but he was still covered in his own blood and probably some of Eridia's, all having dried.
