Class had not officially started much to Tristan's relief when he almost slammed the door open in his agitated state. He wasn't exactly out of shape, but running from the dorms to this area of the campus while dodging students wasn't exactly a walk in the park. He sighed in relief and flopped down in a seat in the first row, still out of breath.

Many students were already present, but most of them seemed either too shy or too bored to bother seating themselves closer to the teacher so he practically had the front row to himself. Deciding to kill time, he booted up the workstation and logged into the cloud service he had linked his phone to. "What the?"

As usual, the latest pictures he had taken appeared on screen, but what was unusual was that they were pictures of his more intimate parts. In fullscreen while he sat at the front of the class. Of course, the computer decided to lag a few extra second while Tristan desperately smashed the close button. It occurred to him that he may want to delete those pictures while he could. During this time, the remote login of his account from the ICT lab for the first time in months incited the cloud service to send an e-mail to notify him that someone had logged into his account. Since his phone was connected to his e-mail account as well, it would vibrate, displaying the notification that a new e-mail had arrived.

Young Hyun-Ae first impression of the academy was a good one.
The grounds were practically squeaky clean, the atmosphere was akin to a university and the students...
The students were so adorable!
Ever since she stepped through the front gates all she could do was say hi, good morning or something similar.

She exhaled softly, coming to a stop in front of a door labeled "ICT".
Here it was, her would be first foray into the realm of teaching.
Couldn't be that hard could it?
She checked her watch, a simple round watch with a brown leather strap,
it was still early so there shouldn't be any students.
Giving her enough time to set up, and practice her introduction.

Smiling, Hyun slid the door open and stepped in.
'Alright, alright,alright! Business is now open!' Her voice filled the entire room,
she stepped onto the stage of the lecture hall.
Hyun proceeded to unpack the necessary items: laptop, charger, a random book and a pen.
It took her almost five minutes to notice there was a student in the room.
And that was only because she was frustrated she didn't ask the wi-fi password for the campus before going to class.

'Oh, Hey!' She waved at the guy, he looked decent.
Cool even, reminded her of her college mate from a year back.
He appeared to be deep in something though.

It took Evie quite awhile to find the class,
it took awhile longer as she cursed herself for not asking Ciri for a map.

'Ahh, ICT.' She muttered under her breath. 'Why the heck did I choose you again?'
Sighing, she slid the door open.
To her surprise a young woman was already in front of the class.
She had long--like very long--deep blue hair, and her skin was a pale yellow.
She wore a fitting labcoat, other than that Evie couldn't see very clearly as she was facing a podium.

'Hey Teach?' She said, unsure whether the woman was a lecturer or another student. She looked young. 'Sorry, if I'm late... I took a few wrong turns.' Evie tried to look honest, because it was honest but sometimes her reputation got the better of her.
Her staff followed her inside albeit lazily.

Hyun heard a high-pitched voice call,
she gasped instinctively and turned her head so quickly it might've snapped.
A woman? Young woman? Girl?
She didn't know, this lady was kind of a mix of all three,
she appeared to be in her twenties yet her voice was like she was stuck in her puberty.
Well that didn't matter,
what mattered was she was early.
That was good she supposed.

But why are they all so early! Now how am I suppose to practice my intro?!

She turned to acknowledge the pig-tailed girl,
waving her in,'Come in! Come in!' Hyun beamed her innocent and winning smile.
'It's alright, first day and all.' She tried disarming the girl's worries.

Hyun wanted to say more,
because the girl sounded so bothered but the Korean was silenced when she saw what followed the girl.
Wide-eyed, she raised a hand and pointed at the floating pole.
'What is that?!' She asked, 'Is it a robot?!'
She practically jumped over her podium to stop the girl in her path.
Hyun knew how crazy she sounded, almost salivating.
But that was a hovering... robot... thing!
She could care less about how she looked right now.

Evie smiled in return, this teach seemed okay.
Ha! Two okay teachers now.
This wasn't so bad, plus the teacher didn't look that old to begin with.
So she could relate a lot.

The Winter Witch was half-way across the room when the teach suddenly
vaulted over the podium, she stopped in front of Evie, pointing at her staff.
Questions running like bullets from a mini-gun.
Evie decided to play it cool and rubbed the back of her head,
'It's my staff, Teach.' She said, the pole then floated vertically beside Evie.
'It's trying to introduce itself,' Evie giggled.
'I call it... Dum dum dum..' She drum-rolled, 'Zoomba.' She finished lamely.
'I swear it changes names everytime.'

This girl was kind of endearing, in a way. Her speech and demeanour was so playful, a picture of youth. Someone she didn't mind having in class, the more the merrier! But quality was important too, choices, choices. 'Staff you say?' She gawked shamelessly, fingers twitching. She wanted to have it in her hands, examine it closely. Just what kind of software did it use? What kind of hardware allowed it to float effortlessly and soundlessly? Jeez! This girl was brighter than her if she could do that.

'Zoomba?' She smiled, 'I have lotsof robots too! I didn't bring them though.' A pity, she thought. Since most of her drones were weaponized she thought them unfit to be brought into a school.Hyun didn't mind at all, but she needed new friends at least to stave off the boredom.

'Robot?' Evie asked, confused. She tilted her head like she always does if the situation puzzled her. 'Oh, my staff isn't a robot, Teach!' She grinned broadly, finally understanding what the teacher meant. She guessed because it's ICT class, the Teach had thought she had brought a robot along.
She laughed, if only if she was that smart.
'It's a magic staff.'

'Magic?' She said plainly, tone hinting disbelief, is this kid pulling my leg? Hyun laughed slowly,'Good one, but seriously!' Her hands sprung up on their own accord, begging her to let them have their way with the staff. 'Pleaaase let me examine it.' She eye twitched.

She straightened herself,'I know! Let me examine it and I'll give you merits!' A smile almost threatened to burst from her face.

'I dunno Teach, it says it's spooked out by you.' said Evie, quite unsure about the whole idea. Her staff said it was unwilling since Teach reminded it of a whacky scientist. Truthfully, the teach ticked all those mad scientist boxes. But she seemed nice and MERITS brother!


'Okay, but maybe somewhere else,' She relented and smiled. Evie took the front seat, knowing if she sat at the back she'd get bored and probably fall asleep. It was important for her to be up to date with the latest trends and developments. ICT was one of them.

Hyun grinned in satisfaction, no one could resist her charismatic approach to things!
'After class it is then!' said Hyun, rubbing her hands together as she took her spot on the stage again.

After a minute, a happy voice echoed in the room.
Another student? They're all so early! Jeebus.
With her winning smile already on, she turned to welcome the new student.
'We--' She stopped, smile fading as she tried to comprehend what she was seeing.

Are the students cosplaying?
'U-uh..I mean Welcome! N-neptunia.' She stammered as she ticked her attendance sheet.
How many years had passed since she was in school? three? That took a short-time for them to change their uniform regulations.
She sighed, she would've worn her lab-coat everyday if they allowed this kind of stuff back then.

Erk.. Neptunia caught her staring, darn it! She must've caught her sighing as well. Hyun silently hoped the cosplaying student didn't take it the wrong way.
'Aha! Yes it is I!' She raised her arm, dramatically. She was winging her introduction, not her fault. Blame them for coming too early, definitely not her fault she spent most of the night reading fan-fics. 'Ms.Young Hyun-ae! You may call me, Ms.Young, 10 points to gryffindor!' She laughed at her lame joke, some part of her wishing she could sink into the ground. I though you swore to avoid lame jokes, Hyun. She mentally chastised herself. 'Jokes aside, good job Ms.Neptunia for taking the time to research. Despite what some might say, getting on a lecturer's good side is important,' Hyun nodded sagely, her slender finger on her chin. 'That said, by forming bonds you are ensuring a party favors you instead of another, this is very crucial in this day of age. But what about a machine? What is a relationship to a machine? Anyone?' She finished with a question. Hyun felt good, she felt like a real lecturer, heh! Parrying lame jokes aside with a sudden question. If only those jokers could see her now.

The Teach reminded her of herself, in a way. Evie had been remembering a lot of things lately, most of them brought a measure of discomfort to her. But not this one, she found 'Ms.Hyun' to be a breath of fresh air, unlike most teachers, she actually appeared to be relatable, 'Ha!' Evie yelled, she shot up from her seat, pointing at Ms.Hyun, 'I knew I wasn't the only one who thought about Hogwarts!' Like really! She snorted in amusement, then it finally it dawned on her that she had just shamelessly admit she was into Harry whats his name's books. She slowly sat down, head hanging in absolute embarrasment.
