Actually no the link you provided (Thanks for that it did help me) actually proved me right. The boat is a normal grade item that you need at least 100 acc to destroy it. Mind you if it was a cheap item it would have been specified in the starter kit just like your first item you get when you start)

They all do. What I was saying was that the lone man boat you start off with is normal grade and not cheap grade since it can be bought in a shop. Also the fight doesn't began until both characters had acknowledged that the fight was happening which at the moment you made this it hadn't. And you can't say Ben acknowledged the fight because he walked up to your character. He got close because if he got far you would simply shoot him from afar. Getting closer is safer for him.

Yes, I posted the debate thread prior to attacking you. What point are you trying to make. I'm not giving you the change to get your update in if that's what this is about, but go on react accordingly.
