Because the Grand Line can have so many climates, Little Garden's climate is one of dense jungle. This has led it to be behind the average island in the Grand Line by millions of years. The climate is unbearable for many humans that plan to stay long, as well as providing ideal conditions for fatal illnesses to survive, some thought previous extinct.

With a single blow he had caught a rather large looking best by the side of its neck. A kick, swiped, seemingly having barely touched the enormous dinosaur. He had dented into its scaly flesh, the beasts eyes swiftly turning white as it fell unconscious and was sent spiraling away from the young one known as Merlin. he landed shortly after that, yelling into the dense forests where he had just sent it. "Stay away from my ship!" Huffing, he looked up to the Red Veil Jolly Roger that it adorned. He wasn't sure how much this would do to the Marines, but he was sure they cared to preserve the animals here in some capacity. So, he would destroy it ... you know ... the forests. But not too much because he didn't want the animals to starve, or the vegetation to die out. So he would destroy just enough of it that it looked like someone had been here to purposely mess with how things were supposed to look. Because that was best, and it would always be best. He nodded, hands stuffed within his pockets, jerking his head back to toss the hood from his face.

Alright, let's go find that T-Rex again. He would think to himself while walking the path of destruction that the T Rexes body had caused. Following its trail, he found the downed creature kind of roaring in frustration. Its head had gotten stuck, and as everyone knew its arms were too small to get it unstuck. Maybe he would have felt bad bullying it, but it did try to eat him and his ship. That aside, its not like he had planned to kill it. "C'mere" he muttered, gripping the large monstrosity by its tail. The Tyrannosaurus stopped, eyes wide and gasping as it was effortlessly pulled out of its jam, and then it was off the ground, now it was spinning, with its tail as the focal point. Riven stood, leaning back on a single heel and spinning the beast with all of his might. Clearing out the space directly around them to make way before tossing it in yet another direction. A second path of calamity that cleared a large number of trees. The birds scattered in confusion, the smaller animals skittered to preserve their own lives.

He would prepare himself for yet another blow, gripping the next smallest dinosaur he could find, he would continue this very same pattern. tracking down as many as he could possibly find and just tossing them until a bunch of trees were down, and then move on to the next dinosaur after that. Doing this for quite some time, one would find that the Dinosaurs had taken to hiding from Riven. Maybe he should take that as a queue to stop, but he was still kinda upset, and throwing them around made him a lot happier. Tch, dumb dinos always messing up his fun.

"Fine, I didn't wanna play wiff nun o' ya'll antyways, fraidy cats."

                                                                        Major Destruction
                                                                        [ 503 // 500 ]

Her DDN was going crazy. Along with the Blues catching on fire, the Grand Line was being destroyed. There only so much she could do, and if she had to, Masae would venture on her own to protect the islands. She had pulled Azusa along with her, and as the ship sailed towards the entrance to the Grand Line, the maiden’s jaw would drop.

Almost everything was destroyed. Trees were cut down, grass was scorched. The town nearby was not spared at all. Masae ran forth, hoping off the ship before it could even hit the shore. The Marine help lift a roof off of a mother whom was protecting her child, then a child who’s leg was stabbed clean through by a piece of wood. Again, anesthesia and intermediate first aid to stop the bleeding. If she kept up this stress, she was unsure when her body would give out…But surely, she would reward herself later, maybe a spa and some massage, but she knew, in due time, she needed to wind down and let herself breathe,

“ Azusa! Help us lift this!” She called.

She stood next to a woman, a teenager, who was holding up a heavy metal piece all by herself, and surely, Masae was struggling to fully help her lift it it off the house as well. Her arm had been visibly cut by a sharp splinter, her own red fluid running down her arm, and yet she didn’t care, she was putting the others, who were in dire situations, before herself at the moment. The situation at hand was important to her, for the teenager next to her seemed to be whimpering, on the verge of tears. Once he made his way over and helped them push the metal pipe off, Masae gingerly removed planks off of the people inside. She prayed no one was dead, or gravely injured…but during destructions…who knows. It seemed only the father had problems with bleeding, nothing she couldn’t fix. Families were busy running around gathering their members and items, then quickly shared food and tended to the elderly and children. Some construction workers had already started to work on homes, while chefs were busy cooking and doctors slapping gauze on patients. Masae looked at Azusa, and wiped the sweat from her brow,

“ If the entrance is like this…we need to hurry to the others.”

She murmured, tugging on his shirt.

An alert issued from the higher ups for all available marines to sail out to the Grand Line to restore peace back to the lands as they had been demolished and its citizens terrorized by a small group of dangerous pirates. Given their low rankings it was ill-advised to confront them should they cross paths with them but instead seek out their superiors for aid. Azusa had been sure of his strength but his abilities were best when paired with another. A battle against a group of high-end pirates wasn't a battle that he had the confidence of winning. A lot of the Marines were Green Horns while many of the higher-ups were other on the scene or were preoccupied with other affairs across the ocean.

Azusa and Masae traveled out, traversing Reverse Mountain where they'd be confronted by a brand new sea. Clouds of smoke rose into the skies, off in the distance they could see numerous islands burning. The chaos that ensued spread to the seas as lone man boats and small ships carrying hoards of survivors sailed along. They would help those in need, his comrades providing backup for the situation at hand, taking those that managed to escape the pirates' terror were kept in the protective custody of the Marines for the time being.

The pair made their way to Little Garden. Azusa hadn't been a hands-on type but given the extreme conditions and circumstances he'd been the first off of the ship. As he was aiding those in need he heard a voice call from over his shoulder. He turned to see a mother and child trapped beneath the rubble, the child whose leg was pierced by a strip of wood. Along with the others, he rushed over and helped them remove the debris. It took time to help everyone and reestablish a stable control over the situation but they managed to do so together. However, there hadn't been any time to rest given they still had a number of other areas to head to in order to aid those in need before it was too late.

As Masae hurried him on and tugged his shirt he'd notice her injury. For a moment he'd stop her, grabbing hold of the wrist of her uninjured arm.
"I know the situation is dire, but you must be more cautious. We cannot aid those who are injured if we, ourselves, are harmed in the process from carelessness." He explained briefly and bluntly. With his grip still around her wrist he'd be the one tugging her back to the ship. "Come. I will repair your arm while we sail to our next location." It was a warning, he understood the situation though there was no need for them to be reckless, they weren't the only ones on the job.

                                XXX Back at Hoaknoton Town...

"Ah! A vigilante?" Though she supposed it was meant to be frowned upon, Astraea didn't mind the extra help cleaning up the world. As it was, the Marines were always one step behind the problems, always reacting to death and destruction, so the less filth off the street the better. "They'll be heading back to HQ then. That's where this ship is heading." With a smile, Astraea would angle her thumb over her shoulder toward one of the large ships. "I'm sure they'll be happy to pay you a bounty for them, too. Sorry you had to deal with them, ma'am, but great work bringing them in." As the minkwoman walked closer, Raea would blink and angle her head up to maintain eye contact with her, the size difference between the pair clearly evident as they stood across from each other. The civilian easily had three feet over her current stature, reminding her of every time she had interacted with a Kuja.

A moment of silence passed between them, and Raea opened her mouth to wish her farewell, but she was halted when she spoke again. A civilian... on a Marine ship? A concerned and uncomfortable expression showed that her immediately reaction was "no", but she also didn't want to leave the woman stranded in Hoaknoton Town of all places. "Well.. It's not really my decision. You'll have to ask my superior officers, but I'm sure if you help out around the ship they'd be fine with providing you safe passage to your farm." Her smile returned, and just as she was about to lift the box again, none other than her daughter appeared by her side!

"D-Destroyed?!" The woman turned to Eve in horror, even though her request was simple. Why had everything been destroyed?! She was aware she had told Shinra that the reputation of Hoaknoton shouldn't have impacted their jobs, but damn this town! Sighing and shaking her head, Raea patted her daughter on the shoulder a couple times. "Of course you can borrow some clothes, my dear. We'll make sure to replace your belongings as we return from the Grand Line." At her question, she'd chuckle a little. "Ah, yes! These are some miscreants this lovely woman has brought to justice. Would you mind taking them to the other ship? Hurry back though, I believe we're about to depart!"

In the horrible land of Little Garden... Like seriously. This place is horrible. I guess dinosaurs are okay, but ancient, deadly illnesses? And did you see that One Piece scene where the giant tiger just spurts blood and falls over dead? Why would anyone come here? But anyway. On this stupid island...

There was thankfully a surprising lack of dinosaurs as the Marine ship anchored and the gangplank was lowered. Astraea walked along the sand, stretching and gratefully for the chance to plant her feet on land once more, even if it was a place like this. She looked to her little squad, which she had lovingly dubbed C3 after all of their initials. Shinra. Evelyn. Astraea. SEA3. However once she'd realized she could make a "c" shape in her hand while holding up three fingers in the other, she'd shortened it. "I've heard some pretty wild stories about this place, so I don't really want to stay here long.. Let's get to it." Although she truly didn't want to, Astraea made her way toward the fallen trees on the island, working with those around her to hoist them back up, pushing the roots back into the soil below.

Evelyn saluted her mother and picked up the tied up men. Nodding her head towards the other woman, she hoisted them over her shoulder with little effort and dragged them off towards the other docked ship. To make things a little easier, she boosted herself up using Geppo and tossed them over the side right onto the deck. Maintaining her balance, she maneuvered herself back towards the ship and proceeded to take her shower and get dressed in new clothes that Astraea had laid out for her.

Little Garden. An island shrouded in mystery Many things here were inexplicable and many have traveled to this land, but few returned. Lush forests decorated the land, but caution was to be exercised fo the inhabitants of the island Dinosaus were reported to roam this land due to the climate, but because of this, humans are unable to reside here for too long. The cause being that fatal illnesses thrived in these conditions.

Evelyn wiped sweat from her brow as she stretched her arms out. They had been here working on repairs for hours and progress had indeed been made. She patted the soil around a replanted tree and stopped when she felt tremors reverberate in the gound. Looking around, Evelyn spotted a couple trees moving in the distance and she took a couple steps forward.

"Astraea! I think we've got company!!!" Evelyn shouted as she started pushing Marines out of the way.

                                            THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP

A loud roar pierced the air as a large dinosaur came barreling out from the forest and into the clearing. It was a fair distance away, but if left alone, it would destroy all the work they had done. Additionally, it was already dangerous enough for them to even be there. So Evelyn did what she would normally do in any situation that required an immediate response. She acted without hesitation as her feet dug into the ground and propelled herself
                                            forward at high speed.

                                            「Jet Walk」

The dirt kicked up as she glided across the field only touching the ground to push off once more. Acknowledging her presence, the Giganotosaurus reared back to bite, but Evelyn gave one final push and spun into a flying low kick. She sailed right under its jaw and aimed for its leg. Plumes of flame ignited, growing bigger and bigger as it absorbed the surrounding oxygen. Her attacked connected, searing the flesh of the dinosaur's leg.

                                            「Diable Jambe: Coup de faucon」

It howled in agony as it took a couple steps back and became enraged. Evelyn bounced off of the impact site and landed gracefully. The predator charged forwards and swung its tail out towards her. She used Geppo to dodge onto its tail and flew into the air by using a combination of the gained momentum and rokushiki technique. The marine delivered a salvo of kicks to the dinosaur and signs of fatigue were starting to show. Evelyn watched as it staggered and prepared for the final push.

"Oh? So that's how you wish to play, huh?" She jeered and dropped into a low stance, ecpecting a charge. Following her expectations, it charged once more and Evelyn smiled. "Now burn..." She disappeared from its sight, having ducked under and readied a passionate, blazing kick for its stomach. It got launched a few feet into the sky and came crashing back down. The battle was over, as it got up and began to limp away from the scene. Evelyn turned aroundputting up a peace sign and sticking her tongue out. Now back to work....

It was nice to run into a few nice people every once in a while.

Dropping off the criminals that were to be taken back to Marine headquarters, Bo jump onto the ship with the other trio as they sailed for the Grand Line. It was a good as time as ever to go back home but she knew that her pa wouldn't be too pleased about what happened to their cabbages. They would be taking a few detours along the way but since everyone was so nice to her, she was fine with at least pulling her weight and helping out in the reconstruction of different islands. The woman knew all too well how impoverished war torn areas could become if left untouched.

"I really appreciate y'all fer lettin' me tag along on y'alls ship." She called out over her shoulder as she peered off into the distance, leaning over against the railing as the first island poked its head out.

Once they arrived they were met with destruction. There hadn't been many people here, or any at all from the rumors, but the exotic hums, chirps, and growls at least tipped the group that life was still abundant.
"It's a shame whut happened here really." Bo lamented. Bearing witness to the deconstruction of Mother Nature's providence always sank her heart just a little; but, this is why they were here!

She'd aid the others in fixing up the place but she'd halted her movements when the air became still, a mighty roar erupted from the distance. As a massive dinosaur came stampeding out into the open, Bo had grabbed hold of her hammer in preparation but a woman with a skin tone matching her own took the forefront to handle the beast herself. She'd watch them tussle, Evelyn showing off her fanciful footwork and agile attacks. Bo was struck with awe, her cheeks complexion becoming a rosy pink.

However, Bo noticed something off when her peripherals got vision of something to the side. There had been another set of tracks coming from a different end than the Gigantosaurus's but headed from the same forest. For a moment she tilted her head and blinked, but it all became clear once the first beast was put down and scurried off. As Evelyn watched it scamper back to where it came another sprung up behind her with its mighty roar.

From one moment to the next Bo had gone from standing beside the others into a full on sprint towards the creature as it reared back its mighty maw. The minotaur slammed her hammer to the ground, catapulting herself skyward with a sudden burst of wind. Her large body spun once, twice, thrice, each rotation she'd collect more momentum and power until releasing it all in a single, mighty swing of the hammer. Bo delivered a crushing blow to the beast's jaw as the crack of thunder boomed around them from its force like a mallet to a melon. For a moment the brunt force of the hammer marinated against its jaw, bones shatter and teeth popping as it was slowly lifted from its feet.
"Fly away!" Bo roared, modest meat becoming rippling muscle in her arms as the dinosaur was suddenly hurled off through the sky like a rocket taking flight from a sudden burst of wind. Careening off into the distance and into the ocean with a heavy ocean curdling splash.

The heavy bovine sailed several stories up before coming to a solid, knee-bending landing in front of Evelyn; winded as she bent and panted for air. She held up a finger, as she tried to peer over to the woman.
"There was *huff huff* another one behind yah *huff* but I *huff huff* got 'em fer yah!" She explained in between breaths before finally coming to a full stand and stretching herself out, "Phew! Man, y'all really work hard out here if yah gotta deal with that all the time don'tcha?!" Her jolly smile made a full return and was accompanied by a hardy chuckle.

                                                  Marine folk sure worked hard!

[ Shinra was, for intents and purposes, taking it easy. He was ordered by the doctor that he should under all circumstances sit down and let his arm recover. Strenuous work would only upset the wound and possibly offset the healing process. Taking the woman’s words to heart, he had been kicking it back and sleeping for most of the journey to the Grand Line. If it wasn’t watching the clouds, eating, or being ‘too in pain to do any work’, he was sleeping. In the end, the crew of Marines, and Bonnie, finally arrive at the first location of work; Little Garden. Home of the largest vegetables you’ll see, rocks that touch the skies, active volcanoes, primordial diseases...ah, and uh, there are probably dinosaurs or something trivial like that. Regardless, Shinra would be having none of it.

He found a way to climb up onto the Crow’s Nest and watch as everyone else took off the make repairs. He made a few mirror clones of the no name soldiers, and let them carry his weight so he can laze about with his torso and arms hanging over the side of the lookout spot. Some time passes with things proceeding smoothly more or less, until suddenly dinosaur. Some big hyper iguana thing walking on two legs makes an extremely dramatic entrance, breaking all preconceptions of wildlife’s vision, while rushing right over to the group. Though its sudden entrance did catch Shinra’s attention, after watching it for a few seconds he merely lets out a sigh. “If it’s just that, then Evelyn can…” And right on queue, the young woman boosts forward with unparalleled vigor, beating the poor iguana with several very dangerous looking moves. The fight in itself is so one sided, that Shinra starts to feel bad. Really bad. Rather, isn’t that actually just bullying? Is there no nature patrol here?

Regardless, moments after the beast manages to run away from the new apex predator of the island, another one shows up clearly thinking it’d get different results. Shinra, once again, sighs. “Run. Run, while you still can-” Too late. Bonnie, with her excessively overpowered arms, slugs the creature with a move clearly taken right from a hero show, sending the lizard right into the ocean. Which begs the question--can those things swim? Shinra remains hanging half off the Crow’s Nest with an incredibly shocked expression, unable to process how unfair that fight was. The thing didn’t even get to fight back! “What is wrong with the women on this ship?!” he calls out dramatically, quickly dropping down and covering his mouth. His eyes go back lazy, and he calms himself with a deep breath. “Whew. That was close. If they saw me, they’d make me work…” So he says, deciding to spend the rest of the time sitting back until things wrapped up. And, eventually they do.

After he starts hearing people saying good job, or good work to one another, he leaps down and lands on the side of the ship in a crouch. He’d hold up a hand of greeting rather casually, giving signs of someone that just arrived. “Hey. Good job, everyone.” ]

[Enter from Whiskey Peak]

After having temporarily left the island named Cactus Island, the town of Whiskey Peak to be more accurate, the ship donning the colors of the Marine, with its white and blue flag, sailed towards a rather... peculiar place. It was a island that had a somewhat difficult access given the presence of Sea Kings in the neighboring waters. One seemed to attempt an approach but the commander of the ship drove it away with a rather... angry stare. God only knows how that might have been possible but Lyre could only assume that the commander was so upset, and she could guess why, that the Sea King could literally feel it. And the reason behind the commander's mood was probably one of two things. The first being that the alcohol he had requested to be transported into his quarters, secretly, disappeared overnight. The other being the fact that they were now headed to an island where it was pretty much impossible for humans to live for a long period, given the dangers that were found anywhere and everywhere on the island. It was the type of island that had a slow paced change of climate, making it so that it preserved the same status quo for hundreds, thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of years. Because of that, creatures that were since long extinct in other parts of the world could be found. The most notable being the dinosaurs. But that was not everything, diseases from those ancient eras, that existed nowhere else in the world anymore, still existed here. Because the modern people had no immunity to such diseases, it was not only easy but lethal to fall ill in such a place. With the landscape being that of a jungle, it was simply impossible for humans unused to living in the wilderness to last for too long in this place that was called Little Garden. Unfortunately, there was no option but for them to head there as preserving it was also duty of the World Government. Therefore, the Marine was tasked with the reconstruction, the restoration of the endangered flora and fauna.

Once the ship reached the shore, a beach that made one wonder if it was really such a dangerous island, due to it's breathtaking beauty, the commander issued the orders. They were shown a map that displayed the geography of Little Garden and the areas where the destruction occurred were marked there. Most of the work was related to the removal of fallen trees, but it would also include the preservation of the species by planting a new tree in their place. So they would not have to simply remove the trees but also secure for their seeds and plant them adequately. The same would be done to plants that were destroyed by the fallen trees and the actions of the criminal who brought destruction upon this uninhabited island. At the time, Lyre could only wonder why such a person would commit these acts. She could understand a criminal destroying something where people live but... this island was pretty much devoid of human life, or any other civilized race. The task took them a long time because of the heavy trees that were larger than any she had ever seen before but, they were lucky to not have to spend a night there and could proceed to their next destination.
